Cozy & Spacious

We had a wonderful time at this property! It was warm, clean, and spacious. Plus, very close to hiking and Sea Ranch Lodge. Would definitely return!

Great place!

We had a lovely time at the house. It was very well laid out, with a huge kitchen and open-plan living room. Everything was clean and well-maintained. The spot in the woods was lovely, and we enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub. We would definitely rent again.

nice home

a very nice home, recently renovated, good spacial arrangements, living room, dining area, and three bedrooms:) convenient to TSR facilities. parking can be challenging if one doesn't back into the driveway.

Lovely stay!

We loved being surrounded by trees with a lovely ocean view. The property is private and serene. We saw deer and turkeys wander by. The house is laid out well. The kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked. The furniture is comfortable. We enjoyed swimming at the pool and playing pickle ball. Thank you for such a pleasant stay!

Great family spot

Great spot in woods, lots of room upstairs in living room and kitchen. Amazing hot tub and pair of heated Kosmos chairs. Would prefer better check-in times for our short 2-night stay, but staff were very nice and we will be back! Thank you!

Beautiful, spacious house with excellent kitchen

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! I was particularly pleased with the kitchen as it had everything I needed to cook, there were plenty of dishes and the dishwasher was easy to use. The table was large enough to easily accommodate my group. The bedrooms were nice with large closets and extra bedding. The bathrooms were spacious and clean. I appreciate that we could use the laundry facilities. The hot tub and the two decks are wonderful. The location is good. I enjoyed walking in a wooded neighborhood near the house. It took 25 minutes to walk from the house to Pebble Beach. Most of the time we drove a few minutes and parked close to Pebble Beach. Thank you for sharing this beautiful house.

House in the Forest

Beautiful house in Sea Ranch with a peek a bo view of the ocean. It has a modern feel but no comfy throws to cuddle with while you relax. Kitchen is large but lacks a garbage disposal and had a broken rack in the fridge. The living area, kitchen, and upstairs bedroom are very roomy, but the downstairs bedrooms are quite small, though they have big closets. Definitely would choose to stay here again.

Tree to sea haven

Home interior was comfortable with everything we could want except boxes of tissues and sharp knives in the kitchen. Regarding location, ee may have been a bit naive but paying 450 per day at sea ranch we expected quiet. We were near s busy road and heard traffic at all hours. That was the biggest disappointment. Also didn’t love check in at ; and Che k out at 10. Not fox we love having to drive z8 miles into gualala to have to pick up the welcome packet.

This is a lovely property

My adult kids and I had a lovely birthday trip to the Tree to Sea Haven. Nice to be able to bring the dog. The house is very roomy -- everyone had their own space. Kitchen is VERY well equipped. Radiant floor heating is very pleasant this time of year. Location is very central to Sea Ranch, and there are hiking trails just outside the door. I had a lovely view of the full moon through the cypress trees one night -- I will remember this for a long time. A couple of cons now: The busy road is very close and cars roar up the hill day and night. The front door lock/unlock can be challenging until you figure it out. And the big one for me: I choose this property in part because of the gas fireplace, knowing that we would be there in Winter (we had lovely weather, btw). The one chilly cloudy day we had, I really wanted that fireplace. But the pilot light was off, and there were no instructions about how to turn it on, other than flipping the on/off switch in the back. I was really disappointed by this. But, all in all it was a great trip.

Spacious relaxing house

We had great family time at the house. It had a very spacious kitchen and living room for everyone to gather. Loved the patio and hot tub. The house was stocked with everything we needed. We parked one car in the garage and the other two in the driveway. Definitely enjoyed our stay.

Mostly great

We stayed for 5 days with another couple. When we arrived the house cleaner was just finishing up. We had to wait an additional 15 minutes to enter because the floors were wet, and even then We dried parts ourselves in the kitchen so We could unload our coolers into the refrigerator. The other couple had knee problems so the stairs were really difficult for then, so unfortunately the hot tub was not accessible for them. The only other problem was the dishwasher. It was really hard to open and close. We even looked up the manual online to see if there was something we were missing. But other than that, it was a nice stay.

Lovely house with enough space

The house itself is wonderful. We were a family of four plus one dog and there was enough space for everyone. There’s radiant heating in all rooms with nest thermostats all over the house. The dog bed in the living room was a sweet touch and our little girl was happily curled up on it. The kitchen is more than fully equipped and was perfect for our needs. The upstairs deck was perfect to stargaze at night. My big grouse was the location. It’s just off Annapolis road, so there’s a fair amount of traffic going up and down at all hours. But the bigger problem was finding a space to safely walk our dog. I had to keep crossing the road to the other side at fly cloud road to find space and had a close call with a driver who was speeding. Again this is not specific to the house and its amenities, just the location that proved difficult specifically for us.

Tree to Sea

Overall the house was solid. We felt like it cloud be cleaned a little better and had an issue with the key not being in the lock box by the door. It was difficult to find the other lock box and equally difficult to replace the lid. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

beautiful house

Large living room with large clean windows and plenty of seating for all. 2 tables seating 8 - onse nside, and one on a porch outside; we used both on different nights. Excellent wifi and choices of viewing on the infinity network during this week of Olympics here. Near to road but felt completely isolated except for a bit of traffic noise here and there. Showers were excellent. Close to swimming pools by car. Would do this again. Even an empty garage to fix bicycles we brought and to practice saxophone! We had 8 people in the house; a family of grandparents, parents and college age "children." All big folks. Close friends too. So we were able to the bed situation an everyone was fine with that. Even the 2 on couches had no problem sleeping.

We had a wonderful stay!

Beautiful property for a bubbled up group of two families who just wanted to escape the city and exist somewhere else. Great big kitchen, great sitting space to have wine and play games and do puzzles. Our kids basically hid downstairs and played for hours at a time. The view out of the main sitting room is beautiful, and we were visited nightly by deer. Our only complaint was checking out at 10am—but I mean come on—that’s no dealbreaker. Thanks for having us!

Fabulous Sea Ranch location

Loved the location in the woods, close to the beach and gorgeous sunsets. The home was fully equipped and excellent internet service. We all enjoyed ourselves immensely!
