Sea Holly Cottage is perfect for a family seaside holiday and has enough space to bring the grandparents too! The ground floor comprises a large dining room and comfortable living room, a fully equipped galley kitchen and a bathroom with a shower over the bath. There is a lawned garden to the rear with an outside table and chairs for alfresco dining and a utility room with a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and a high chair.
There is a bathroom with a walk in shower, WC & basin straight in front of you on the 1st floor between the 2 large twin bedrooms. The spacious master double bedroom is in the converted attic and also has an en-suite cloakroom.
Ideally located close the beach means those tired little legs don't have far to walk home after a day splashing in the sea. You will walk past many restaurants and shops so there's plenty of choice if you want to dine out or buy the fresh produce available to cook dinner. Whitstable Castle has a beautiful garden to stroll around or have a picnic and for the youngsters there's a fun pirate ship park. The historical working harbour is a must to try out some of the daily fresh seafood or just simply sit and gaze at the boats with a Mr Whippy! You can visit the nearby towns of Herne Bay with it's arcades and pier or Canterbury with it's breathtaking Cathedral.
There is free street parking on the road and surrounding roads. The nearest paid parking is Victoria Street car park. You can view the charges on the Canterbury City Council website. Parking can be limited in the high season but once you have parked up, you are close enough to walk into town, beach, shops etc.

There are frequent busses running from Whitstable to Herne Bay and Canterbury. You will find bus stops along Harbour Street, High Street, Oxford Street etc.
The trains from Whitstable station will take you to Ramsgate or further afield to London. Whitstable Train Station is about a 10 minute walk to the town centre.
There are also Taxi services available for short fares or airport runs. The nearest airport is in London and the Ferry port is in Dover.
