Villa Alice with a private pool is located in the popular residential area of Siller just 10 minutes walk to the shops, restaurants and sandy beach at Port de Pollenca. This semi-detached villa has its' own gated entrance with parking and a private south-facing terraced garden with a swimming pool and views to the mountains. The accommodation is distributed over one level for up to 6 guests and comprises, 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast table, a dining area and a comfortable lounge with patio doors out to the front terrace. The south-facing pool terrace keeps the sun all day so is great for relaxing on the loungers whilst the private pool is perfect for cooling off. A brick-built barbecue is provided for grilling meals which can be enjoyed alfresco on the covered dining terrace. Villa Alice is perfect for families or friends seeking a relaxing holiday with all the amenities and an amazing sandy beach just a short stroll away!
