Our company carries out electronic invoicing to the customer, therefore, immediately after booking, Italian customers will be asked to provide their residential address and tax code, while for foreign customers it will be sufficient to provide the residential address to complete the customer record. The data is mandatory, the non-communication of the same following the booking can lead to cancellation by us, with a penalty for the guest.

Arranged all on one floor, on the ground floor, it consists of a large living room with kitchenette and single bed + pull-out single bed; double bedroom + single bed; large bathroom with shower cubicle. A short distance away is a laundry room where there is a washing machine shared with other villas.

- deposit (mandatory): 200.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having inspected the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
