Coming from Via dei Tolomei, a staircase leads to the entrance with a 180 degrees view of the sea. It gives way to a transit hallway where the private full bathroom with sea view and bathtub for the exclusive use of guests is located. Walking further there is the bedroom, tastefully decorated with attention to detail, with a balcony overlooking Via Vittorio Veneto. This bright space comes with wood flooring and wooden beams, and it is furnished with a queen-size bed and a bedside table, a table with chairs and lamp, a comfortable armchair and a piece of furniture where guests can store their belongings. Free Wi-Fi and a fridge in the room complete the accommodation.

Leaving the ancient Greek city and going toward the south, the best equipped beaches worth a visit are Minareto, Fanusa, Arenella and Fontane Bianche, whose name is due to the natural sweet spring water and to the unique white sand. Then, In the island of Ortigia there are some equipped solarium (Zefiro and Nettuno), as well as the free beach of Cala Rossa. Going further south, about 30 kms far away from Siracusa, there are amazing and wild beaches: Calamosche, Vendicari with its Wildlife Park and the precious San Lorenzo. For those looking for cultural and historical sites, it is recommended to visit Teatro Greco and its archeological site with the famous Orecchio di Dionisio (a limestone cave shaped as a human ear), the Museum Paolo Orsi, then the Latomie dei Cappuccini, and finally the island of Ortigia with its natural and historic eye-catching landscapes. Finally, our guests should visit the town of Noto, the seafront of Tonnara di Avola and the fisherman village of Marzamemi.
