Cortez är den perfekta basen för att utforska sydvästra och Four Corners regionen. Huset ligger bara miles från Mesa Verde National Park, Canyon of the Ancients Monument, Dolores och Mancos. Ligger på en platå med vacker utsikt över dalen och La Plata-området i San Juan Mountains aka sydvästra området av Rockies.

Denna 1800 kvadratmeter hem byggd 2016 har alla nödvändigheter av ett avkopplande semesterhus. De 3 sovrummen är rymliga med överskott av garderobsutrymme. Det moderna köket har alla bekvämligheter för att njuta av din semester. Utsikten utanför huset är helt enkelt fantastisk av La Plata bergen och Mesa Verde. Det finns dagliga djurbesök med rådjur bokstavligen på bakdörren.

Beläget bara 45 minuter från Durango, är det lämpligt för dagsturer för aktiviteter som forsränning, ridning Narrow Gauge Railroad och shopping. Four Corners Monument ligger 45 minuter bort, det enda stället att stå i fyra stater samtidigt. Vårt område erbjuder mountainbike från nybörjare till expert på världsklassspår, inklusive Phil's World, Boggy Draw och McElmo Canyon. Vägcyklister har också alternativ på flera vägar i området. San Juan National Forest erbjuder rikliga stigar för ridning, vandring, ATV ridning och områden för jakt. Fiske och båtliv på de många sjöarna inklusive den näst största sjön i Colorado, McPhee. Amazing house

The home was very bright and open feeling. It was nice with the beds being well made when we arrived. The main room mattress is a memory foam and the queen room was memory foam as well. The kitchen was a nice place for storing any items as there was a fridge along with a wine fridge and a freezer. The living room was open with beautiful views outside. There was a porch to be enjoyed in the summer. It was clean when we got there and it did have necessities in both the pantry and the laundry room. Close drive to town but the house was still quiet snd felt like you had lots of privacy. Overall a great home!

Exploring Cortez area.

Lots of space for 2 couples. Well equipped. We enjoyed cooking dinner in most nights & loved the view from the east facing patio. We also appreciated the no pets policy as 2 in our group have allergies.

A perfect home away from home!

The house was beautiful, clean, and full of any type of amenity one could as for. As former residents of Durango, Cortez and Telluride, the central location was just exactly what we were looking for with access to the 3 towns ,the Narrow Gauge train, Mesa Verde and the 4 Corners area. I am still wanting to throw open the drapes each morning to gaze out at the Mesa Verde, and sit on the porch at sunset and enjoy the wonderful view of the Sleeping Ute. The one thing my husband and I felt would be beneficial is a bar in the shower in the master bedroom. As seniors, we are most cognizant of fall dangers, and both felt the need of a bar, and possibly a mat, in the shower. But we, our son and 2 grandsons had a fabulous time during our week in SW Colorado, and want to thank our hosts and VRBO very much for a welcoming, delightful place to stay! Jeri, Mike, John, Colin and Noah Sheahan PS...As an added, unexpected bonus, one early morning while enjoying coffee on the back patio, we were treated to a concert by the high school band, practicing across the arroyo. A magnificent view and music as well...who could ask for more?

We visited Mesa Verde which was wonderful. This property is in a great location for Mesa Verde. It was a great place to come back to at the end of the day. Beautiful view from the back patio. We found some great areas near by to hike.

House is in a scenic location. The neighborhood was quiet. Close to downtown. Only minor issue was the yard was not mowed which hid some dog poops. So we avoided the yard. House was well equipped.

Colorado Road Trip

The six of us had a lovely time at this home in Cortez. The location is quiet and has beautiful views from the backyard. The house is modern and clean. It is close to Mesa Verde National Park, and we had a wonderful dinner at the Loungin Lizard in downtown Cortez.

Excellent location and home

Our family of Mom and Dad the 3 college aged adult children spent 2 nights at this home. Beautiful location with unobstructed view out the back of the house as shown in the photos. Interior of the home is large and beautiful (architectural digest type) with comfortable memory foam beds. Minutes from grocery, and 15 minutes to Mesa Verde entrance. Family rated this home a 10 on a scale of 5. Off the chart. Thanks for an excellent stay!!!

Beautiful home near Mesa Verde

My husband and our two young adult daughters really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful Cortez, CO home. The home is gorgeous, immaculately clean, and has a fully furnished kitchen. It's convenient to the local WalMart and Safeway and was the perfect home base for us to explore Mesa Verde National Park. Communication with the owner was outstanding. Five stars!!!
