Our Villa Andrea is located in Ivanica, near Dubrovnik and offers you the best conditions for enjoying your vacation with its own pool and jacuzzi, a large terrace with a view of the sea. Relax on the large terrace or in the pool and jacuzzi while enjoying the view of the mountains, valleys and the beautiful Adriatic Sea. Healthy and clean mountain air combined with a beautiful view of the sea will delight you.

Adjoining the kitchen area there is a large dining table and chairs to seat 8, complemented with crockery for any type of entertaining.
TERRACE & SWIMMING POOL
The infinity swimming pool (9m x 4m) and Jet pool are for the sole use of our guests. The pool & Jet pool can be heated or the chill taken off the pool during the cooler months. Please see the note below on pool heating.
Sun loungers, tables and umbrellas are provided for your relaxation.
Outdoor lounge area with outdoor sofas.
There is a poolside shower.
The outdoor dining table & chairs provided along with summer kitchen & BBQ to dine alfresco by the pool.

Vila ima klimatizirane 2 glavne spavaÄe sobe s vlastitim kupaonicama, joĆĄ jednu glavnu spavaÄu sobu i spavaÄu sobu s dva kreveta za jednu osobu koje dijele zajedniÄku kupaonicu i 1 dodatni WC s perilicom rublja, posteljinom, ruÄnicima, TV-om ravnog ekrana u svakoj sobi, otvorenim dnevni boravak - blagovaonica, potpuno opremljena kuhinja. TakoÄer nudimo besplatni WiFi i privatno parkiraliĆĄte za vaĆĄe koriĆĄtenje.
Postoje 2 glavne sobe s vlastitim kupaonicama s tuĆĄ kabinama i joĆĄ jedna glavna soba i dvokrevetna soba koje dijele obiteljsku kupaonicu. S tuĆĄ kabinom. Sve glavne spavaÄe sobe imaju televizore ili jednostavno moĆŸete otvoriti elektroniÄke rolete i uĆŸivati u prirodnim pogledima koji oduzimaju dah iz udobnosti vaĆĄeg kreveta.
Odmorite se od vruÄine i opustite se u hladnom, suvremeno dizajniranom salonu s pogledom na more i dvoriĆĄnim vratima koja vode na terase. Otvoreni plan s velikim udobnim plavoplavim sofama, satelitskom televizijom, glazbenim sustavom s USB i bluetooth vezom, pristupom internetu i klima ureÄajem.
Potpuno opremljena kuhinja zajedno s otokom za pripremu hrane i nekoliko barskih stolica Äini odliÄno mjesto za uĆŸinu ili doruÄak. Dobro je opremljen mikrovalnom peÄnicom, perilicom posuÄa, Nespresso aparatom za kavu, sokovnikom i aparatom za smoothie i ledomatom kako bi kuhanje bilo mnogo lakĆĄe i omoguÄilo vam viĆĄe vremena za odmor.
Postoji potpuno odvojena praonica s perilicom i WC-om.
Nasuprot kuhinje nalazi se suvremeni blagovaonski stol i stolice za zajedniÄko uĆŸivanje u obrocima u hladnijim mjesecima.
Ako ne volite kuhati u zatvorenom prostoru, onda je vanjska ljetna kuhinja prekrasna alternativa, s ugraÄenim roĆĄtiljem i hladnjakom tako da barem moĆŸete biti s obitelji i prijateljima i veÄerati na otvorenom uz bazen i ne propustiti niĆĄta.
Sofe izvana pruĆŸaju sjajan prostor za koktele prije blagovanja, kave ili jednostavno uĆŸivanje u pogledu koji 'pada iz usta', gledanje sunca dok zalazi i mjesec izlazi.

POOL HEATING

The pool and Jet pool are one unit (NB: it is not a Jacuzzi) and will be at the SAME temperature to each other. The heating system is new and high tech, but the temperature reached is weather dependent and you would need to take into account weather conditions especially the temperature drop in the night time. We do not âguaranteeâ the pools reach a temperature warm enough for swimming.
If you donât fancy cooking indoors then the outdoor summer kitchen is a wonderful alternative, with an integral BBQ and fridge so you can at least be with family and friends and dine alfresco by the pool and not miss out.
The sofas outside provide a great area for pre-dining cocktails, coffees or simply take in the âjaw-droppingâ view, watch the sun as it sets and the moon rise.
