Bara 300 steg från stranden, Harbour Lane Court är en 4 enhet resort, med 3 ett sovrum, ett badrum lägenheter och ett två sovrum, 2 badrum lägenhet. Bara nyrenoverade, alla enheter är bottenvåningen och den här lilla orten har massor av gammal Florida charm, med de ursprungliga 1962 terrazzo golv och katedralen tak. Lägenhet # 2 (Tranquility) är ett sovrum ett badrum och sover 4 vuxna bekvämt med vår queen size Bellagio Hotel madrass och en full storlek bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet. Alla enheter är fulla lägenheter och har nya rostfria vitvaror: full storlek kylskåp med ismaskin, naturgasområde / ugn, mikrovågsugn och diskmaskin. Vardagsrum och sovrum har LED-platt-TV med baskabel. Vardagsrummet har en blå-ray-spelare med Netflix och Hulu som du kan strömma från vår gratis WiFi som fungerar över hela fastigheten så att du kan hålla kontakten. Vi har hotellkvalitet handdukar och sängkläder, inklusive strandhanddukar, och har också solstolar, paraplyer och strandvagnar.

Våra fritidshus ligger 2 korta kvarter från en av de vackraste gulfstränderna i USA, och ligger inom gångavstånd till matmarknader, apotek och restauranger. Den gratis vagnstoppet ligger bara 1/2 ett kvarter bort, och vagnen går från Anna Maria City Pier vid norra änden av ön till Coquina Beach i södra änden. Den körs var 20: e minut från 6:00 till 10:30. Du behöver inte ens en bil medan du är på ön. De 4 enheterna är Serenity (# 1), Tranquility (# 2), Sanctuary (# 3) och Harmony (# 4) och har en uppvärmd pool, gård, två gasgrillar, tvättstuga och utomhusduschar med varmt vatten . Poolen har ett litet barns område, och även en 28-tums bana. Vi slutar med att dagligen upprätthålla grunderna och se till att dina behov är uppfyllda.

This property is beautiful! Extremely clean and lovingly maintained by its owners. The rental was comfortable and charming. You can’t help but be relaxed here beneath the shade of palms and tropical plants. Each unit is thoughtfully provided a beach cart, 2 beach chairs, and an umbrella. The location was great. You can access the beach by crossing the road and then a very short walk to the end of the street. We found it easy to drive to most places on the island including Coquina beach, as well as, shopping and dining in Holmes Beach. Easy access to the free trolley as well. We loved our stay here!

Second time

This is the second time we have stayed at this property, although in a different number. The owners are amazing and very attentive to your needs. The property is immaculate and so is the inside. There is nothing that you could want for they have it decorated wonderfully and everything is there for your stay. I would highly recommend you giving them a chance as I know once you do you will be a return guest as we were.

Highly recommend!

We highly recommend this place! It was clean and nice, there was pretty much everything you would need for a vacation, which is extremely helpful. Joan made us feel welcomed even before we arrived! We also enjoyed its perfect location: 2 mins to the beach and like 5-7 mins to anything else on the island.

Must Stay!!

My husband and I just spent a week, this past June, at Harbor Court! I am very picky about staying somewhere, but the room was so incredibly clean, they have provided everything you need for your stay from a fully stocked kitchen to all house supplies, and even laundry. The beds were very comfortable too. Pool was perfect temperature and beautiful. We have not one bad thing about our week. Joan was in constant contact with me. Meeting her and Olga were such a great welcome to being there. This is an absolute beautiful, quiet, CLEAN, and central location to everything. The beach is across the street and a great location right down from Manatee Beach. You will NOT be disappointed! We will be back! Thank you Ladies for an incredible week at your paradise!

Simple and easy access!

The place was great! We were able to walk to the beach in about 2 minutes! It was not crowded at all where we had close access to. We were able to use some beach chairs, umbrella and wagon that were provided which made it helpful when transporting! Joan was extremely kind and we will definitely remember this place for the next time we come!

Paradise

Joan and Olga are the absolute best hosts, attentive to every detail and always available for anything we may have needed. We have had the opportunity to be guests at Harbor Lane Court three times now and we just cannot believe what an amazing place this is, from the location a block from the beach, the beautiful courtyard lost in palm trees with amazing privacy, the heated swimming pool, the amazing villas that are so clean and well appointed, they even have a beach cart, umbrellas, beach chairs and beach toys for each unit that just makes the stay so perfect. We plan to return and hope to stay here again.

Little slice of paradise

We loved our time at Harbor Lane. We traveled with our two young kids (3 and 6), and everything was super convenient- the pool, beach access, restaurants, getting groceries delivered - very easy trip! Habor Lane felt very safe which I really appreciated.

The perfect vacation stay!

We had the opportunity to stay in this beautiful accommodation over the past week and it is just perfect! We have done a lot of travel and this is one of the best apartments we have ever stayed in! Super clean (and I mean spotless), excellent layout, everything you need to make your vacation go well. Joan and Olga have left nothing to chance and have clearly put a great deal of thought into their beautiful apartments. They are spacious and light, the pool area is fantastic, our kids spent many a day in the heated pool and the grounds are so well maintained. We really hope to come back again soon. Everyone we spoke to there said equally impressive things about the place. Joan was top notch in terms of communication. Our travel plans were impacted by the winter storm and she was responsive and very kind to us, which we really appreciate!! Awesome property and owners!

We had a great stay at this property. It was very clean and comfortable and beautifully decorated . We truly appreciated all the attention to detail. The pool and grounds are beautiful. Thanksgiving at the Beach

Great property, pool was refreshing, lots of chairs to take to the beach! Location is good and easy to get around the island. Property was very clean and nicely updated with higher end finishes. Property owner checked in with us and was quick to respond when we had a question. Great little spot!

Love love this vacation location!

We are always amazed when we arrive to this location. Our unit is updated, spotless, well equipped, and access to the beach is minutes away! Everything needed for a beach visit is provided! Since there are only 4 units, it is a quiet getaway which we really appreciate! We love the pool and courtyard where guests can intermingle. The owners are very conscientious and responsive and make every effort to make your stay comfortable. We plan on going back!

Perfect

We did a quick long weekend for our 27th anniversary and stayed here. Perfect location, all inclusive, clean, loved the pool and bathroom shower! Only complaint is having to take off bedding... never had to do this anywhere we’ve ever stayed. We travel a lot too... it was weird. We will stay here again. (Actually wed love to buy the place if they’re ever wanting to sell 😉) Thanks!

Perfect location and very well maintained

We loved our stay at Harbour lane court. Very clean and well maintained. Very short walk to the beach and the location of the beach access we used, we were further away from the busy part of the public beach area. At times, we felt like we had the beach to ourselves. Joan was very accommodating and checked on us often to see if we needed anything. We will definitely be back and visit again!

Loved everything!

Joan has great communication and was consistently in contact with us to make sure we had everything we needed. She also replied very quickly as well when we reached out with questions. The property is very beautiful, just like the pictures, and in a wonderful location along a main road and very close to the beach! Any and all necessities you could think of were provided. The house rules were provided upon entry and everything was very easy to locate. We really appreciated the laundry room accessibility because things got dirty fast with 2 little ones! They really enjoyed the pool and toys for the beach! We highly recommend this property and hope to return!

Anniversary Get Away

Everything at Harbor Lane Court is top notch. Joan is the best. Every unit has everything you need. We fly into the area and Joan has all the beach accessories so we don’t have to buy a bunch of extras. This is our 5th time staying here and we will be back year after year

Harbor Lane Court är värd

41 years ago, I moved to Anna Maria Island from North Carolina and rented one of these apartments for a few years. It was a great place to call home. Today, my partner Olga and I own it and have restored the entire property as though we were going to live in it. We paid attention to details and created a home atmosphere at a vacation resort. I also have had a screen-printing business on the island since 1985, so we're not absentee owners like a lot of rentals. We will be around to make sure your needs are met. Enjoy our home! It is owner maintained for quality assurance.

Varför värden valde detta boende

We inherited this property from my friend and business partner, John Lach, who passed away in 2015. We could have sold it but knew it would probably be torn down and another huge party house would go up instead. My partner Olga and I knew what a great little resort it would make, and tried to keep as much of its 1962 charm as possible, like refinishing the terrazzo floors. We put in all new stainless steel appliances & replaced the tubs with low curb showers to get in and out of easier. I really would love to live here myself!

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

The resort is unique for it's Old Florida charm and relaxing grounds. All units are full apartments with a separate bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room. 4 families can rent the whole resort and have it all to themselves for the same price as one huge house, then everyone has their own kitchens and own space if they want to get away and have their privacy. We take pride in the cleanliness and tranquility that comes from vetting our guests before accepting booking requests instead of doing instant bookings where you could wind up with a fraternity party in the unit next to yours.
