Relaxing Paradise Villa

Can’t say enough about this place. Loved everything about it! Just as advertised. Super cute, clean, great location, and enjoyed communications with the host! Highly recommend this one! Home away from home.

Gulf Breeze Villa

A delightful cottage inside and out. A perfect fit with everything we needed. Great location and close to the beach. Enjoyed our daily bike rides and dips in the pool. Jeannine was very helpful.

Excellent Rental

We have visited AMI for several years and we believe we have now found the perfect rental property. The location is great with the beach just a very short walk away in a quiet neighborhood. The kitchen is well equipped with everything we needed. The furniture is so comfortable, including the king mattress. We appreciated the pool area so much. We used it daily, along with the gas grill once. The host, Jeannine, was very responsive and offered her contact info in case we had questions. We can’t say enough good things about this excellent place to stay. We plan to use it again in the future.

Beach Paradise

This cottage was perfect for our first stay on Anna Maria Island. Centrally located in Holmes Beach, we were close to everything on the island. We were literally steps from the beach but our street was quiet with minimal traffic. The cottage was spotlessly clean, incredibly well appointed, and was the perfect space for a couple. The interior has been lovingly redone after the hurricane and every detail has been thought of. The exterior space is just as wonderful with the very private and secluded pool as well as the lovely lenai for dining or visiting. The owner could not have been more helpful and attentive and yet she respected our desire for privacy. I highly recommend this beautiful cottage if you want to enjoy a beach paradise!

We enjoyed the private pool. The property manager was extremely nice and helpful. We were a very short walk to the beach! It is small but comfortable. We had a very nice stay!

Excellent Villa

Great property, the secluded backyard and pool was awesome. Short walk to beach! Wagon, chairs and umbrella for us to use was perfect. Owner reached out to us prior to arrival and was available for any questions.

Perfect getaway

Perfect location

Enjoyed our stay, the location was great! Close to trolley stop and beach access. Unfortunately the weather was poor the entire week so didn’t get to enjoy the beach or pool. The host was very nice and was very helpful.

Such a wonderful home!

My husband and I stayed for a week and we fell in love with the home and area! The house is so close to the beach. When you are done at the beach you can always relax in the pool. The host is so helpful and informative. She directed us to the best restaurants in the area which was super helpful. If you are looking to relax in a cozy beach home, this home is the right one for you.

Fantastic location and beautiful private space

Hubbie and I spent a week at Jeannine's lovely 1 bedroom duplex and loved our stay. We were the first guests post renovation after Hurricane Helene and Jeannine was gracious enough to meet us there to go over everything and make sure we had everything we needed. Spotlessly clean, extremely well equipped kitchen for a foodie, and one of the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in. Pool was heated so we could enjoy time despite the cool weather. Beach was a very short 4 minute walk, made easier by the beach cart, and chairs. Jeannine-a special thank you for the spices in the kitchen and the backgammon set!!! Jackie & John

Great location !!

Property is what you see in the pictures. Jeannine is amazing to work with. She was very helpful and answered every question I had for her. A very short walk literally to the beach!! Perfect place for two. The pool is so private and relaxing after a day at the beach. Amazing place and an amazing owner. Thank you.

Perfect for adult couple. Old Florida. Personal pool. Only a few steps to the beach and local trolley. Yet quiet and private. Walk to restaurants. Five minute drive to Publix. Everything just right.

Vacation in paradise

The house was cute. It was very clean when we got there. It was a great stay for my wife and I. The backyard was beautiful and secluded with all the palms. Pool was very nice. It fit our needs perfectly and will be going back again next year. The host was wonderful and full of great info about the area

Great location and great accommodations.

We stayed week of January 13th - 20th and the house was as described. Very comfortable and a short walk to the beach. Plenty of beach gear provided. Weather was a little cool but we still had a few sunny days on the beach. The owner was very accessible and was a pleasure to meet.
