Confortable

We (6 people) had a nice stay for a week. The check-in was easy and is possible even with late arrival. The wifi connection is good, everything is cleen and the location is perfect. The owner was very kind.

We had a wonderful but short stay in Budapest. The location is perfect right downtown and next to a park. The accommodations exceeded our expectations. Clean, spacious and very charming, high ceilings, large windows, amenities provided for all necessities including cooking in the kitchen. The property manager communicated well and provided easy and thorough check-in instructions. We would love to stay there again for a longer visit in Budapest. We would highly recommend this vacation rental. Thank you for a memorable and comfortable stay!

Charming flat in District 7

Schöne Stadt Budapest

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral! Leider ist schon ein bisschen abgewohnt, diese müsste Mal wieder modernisiert werde. Die Kücheneinrichtung, wie Toaster, Kaffeemaschine sind nicht auf den neuesten Stand, die Pfannen sind nicht verwendbar, der große Herd ist zwar schön, aber kein Ofen zum Aufbacken von Pizza vorhanden! Die Wohnung war sauber und die Handtücher, Bett und Bettwäsche waren in Ordnung. Die Wohnung war sehr preiswert und so im gegenwärtigen Zustand ausreichend. Also Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist OK.

Spacious and conveniently located apartment

Very large apt with separate living area with sofa, nice separate kitchen area, high ceilings. It is 6-8 minutes from the tram line which is on the major street with multiple restaurants, bars and 20-25 min from the river. We walked virtually every where but all public transportation is close including metro 20 min in the other direction. Perfect location to explore, many streets with cafes etc. Highly recommended

A great flat !

We thoroughly enjoyed our four week stay in Budapest in this comfortable apartment. The flat is convenient to all forms of public transport. It has excellent heating and hot water available. The bed is comfortable. The TV is new and has multiple channels as well as internet available. Also Vadim is charming and helpful and easy to contact.

Great location and well stocked appartment

The appartment lived up to all the description....the rooms were large , the bathroom very clean and the kitchen had any utensil, dish or appliance you could ever need for a short term stay. We really appreciated all the maps and tourist information that was left at our disposal. Only a few short streets from main thoroughfare where you could get Hop On Hop Off buses and small bakery and grocery stores are even closer.

Lovely apartment, great stay.

Had a great time in a lovely apartment. Vadim met us when we arrived. Very helpful and was excellent. The apartment is very clean and has all amenities needed. In a good location with plenty of bars and restaurants. Shops nearby. Definitely visit again.

Excellent environment inside , so clean and peacefully , and well located

Everything was good on the apartment,the owner received us late at night due to flight scedulle, so Kindly , he give us good information of the city options . Apartment it is so well located, has baker , restaurants and grocery stors so close, and the transport lines are also availables in the area. We defetnly recommend Mr. Vadim Ostapenko´s apartment since everything inside is confortable and clean.

Loved our stay

We had a nice stay at Fireplace Holidays Apartment. Vadim was a gracious host and very helpful. He met us at the apartment to give us the key and also gave us some good pointers on how to travel in the city. He gave us tram tickets and paid for street parking when we arrived since we did not have any coins with us. Thanks Vadim for all your help. Arun.

Apartment has a great location at the city center. Access to shops, restaurants and public transport is very easy. Right in front of the apartment there is a green park with playground for kids and dogs. Safe and FAMILY FRIENDLY neighbourhood.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

We speak English, Russian, Hungarian.
We are located at the city center in a short walking distance to the New York Cge and many other attractions: Andrassy, thermal bath, opera and much more. Vibrant buzzing Old Jewish (also Party Quarters) of District 7 is near by, this is a perfect location for fun, galleries, pubs, bars and clubs. At the same time our area is more quiet.
Parking is free on Saturday/Sunday and on holidays. There are secure paid parking lots available nearby.
FOR CHILDREN: Right in front of the house there is a nice park with large free playground and fountain.
WHAT TO DO and NEAR BY:
Many tourist attractions are just a few minutes walking distance: legendary New York Café, State Opera, several UNESCO World Heritage attractions, Andrassy Boulevard, ultimate meeting point Oktogon and a Liszt Ferenc Square (hosting dozen great restaurants and cafes). Champs Elysées of Budapest - Heroes Square (Hosok Tere), The City Park (Varosliget) with the Zoo, Szechenyi thermal baths (a must for any visitor to Budapest), many Museums (Fine Arts, House of Terror, Applied Arts) all are in a walking distance from the apartment. Budapest districts 6/7 considered as a main area for the locals and visitors alike for an evening out, whether your interest lies in the opera and the arts, jazz and blues live music, simple evening in a café or restaurant or a nightclub.
