Spectacular house with personality on the beach of la fosca de Palamós, a few minutes from the centre of the town of Palamós and in a spectacular setting.

The house has a modern and bright living room with an open plan fully equipped kitchen. Leading from the living room to the outside there is a magnificent terrace with spectacular views of the sea and the communal swimming pool, ideal for sharing unique moments. Leading from the kitchen there is a chill out area with barbecue that connects to the main terrace. On the same floor there is a courtesy toilet.

On the first floor the house has 4 bedrooms, one large suite with bathroom and air conditioning, 2 single bedrooms and 1 single bedroom with two beds, one of them is a twin bedroom. The brightness envelops all the spaces in the house, with a nice decoration and cosy wooden and terracotta floors.

On the second floor there is a large bedroom with two single sofa beds, air conditioning and access to a spectacular terrace made of wood with stunning views over the sea.

The property has two private parking spaces.

Nearby we have Palamós, a fishing village with a family atmosphere, with spectacular coves for bathing, a renowned gastronomy and an excellent location for discovering the best places on the Costa Brava.Spectacular coastal footpaths, cycling excursions to the Gavarres natural park, Palamós Fishing Museum, mini-cruises along the coast, kayak excursions, scuba diving baptisms and a wide variety of leisure activities that you can enjoy during your holidays.

Other charming towns such as Calella de Palafrugell, Llafranc or Tamariu where you can enjoy spectacular coves and the gastronomy of the Costa Brava.Ten kilometres away is the town of Playa de Aro, with a wide range of leisure and commercial activities.
