Welcome to this house located in the charming village of Andratx, where two guests will find their second home.
If you fancy staying in one of the most magical and authentic villages in Mallorca while exploring one of the most beautiful and peaceful areas of the island, this is the accommodation for you. Located in the heart of the village, from the windows you can enjoy unobstructed views of the surrounding countryside. Please note that, due to the location, there are direct neighbours.

The interior of the two-storey house is tastefully decorated and designed to give you the rest you deserve. On the main floor you will find a living room with TV and a kitchen with dining area with induction hob and the basics to cook comfortably. A staircase leads to the first floor, where you will find a work area and a bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower. Finally, the house has underfloor heating and fans.

This house is located in Andratx, a beautiful Mallorcan village very close to the Tramuntana mountain range. Thus, it has a great attraction due to its impressive natural landscape, beaches and coves, as well as its historical and cultural heritage. In its historic centre you can visit, among other points of interest, the castle of Son Mas or the church of Santa Maria. Another main attraction is its marina, from where you can enjoy breathtaking views of the harbour and the boats moored there. In addition, the harbour has many restaurants, bars and shops, making it an ideal place to relax and enjoy the nightlife. Outdoor enthusiasts will also find plenty of things to do in Andratx, such as hiking in the Tramuntana mountain range, where they will find stunning coastal and mountain views, or visiting some of the island's most impressive beaches and coves, such as Cala Blanca, Cala Llamp, Cala Fornells and Cala en Basset.

The property was in a beautiful location and was charming itself. Unfortunately for us the listing did not indicate that the property has no air conditioning so it was unbearably hot the first two nights we were there (92 degrees). There were thermostats in the property which don't function or if they do, we were not told how to operate these. In addition the shower was not heated, and we had 4 towels to last us the whole week, which was a little frustrating particularly since no fresh towels were offered over the duration of our stay. But notwithstanding we did love the property and the location.

Wir waren zum ersten Mal auf Mallorca und sind begeistert. Andrax ist wunderbar ursprünglich. Das Stadthäusschen befindet sich im mittelalterlichen Teil am Hang. Es liegt an einer freundlichen, gepflegten Gasse mit Stufen und einem kleinen Platz. Sehr ruhig. Die Möblierung ist freundlich, modern, gemütlich möbliert, wie auf den Bildern. Alles ist neu renoviert. Die Räume sind klein aber ok. Die Küche ist ok. Während unseres Urlaubs waren die Nachbarhäuser unbewohnt und wir konnten die öffentliche Straße als Terrasse nutzen. Parken konnten wir 300 m entfernt auf einem öffentlichen Parkplatz, der wohl bis zu unserer Ankunft immer voll belegt war. Es gibt Unzulänglichkeiten die wir Homerti am Ende unseres Aufenthalts gemeldet haben. Wenn die behoben werden ist das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis gut. Auch Dank des Hauses war unser Urlaub ein voller Erfolg.
