Fantastisk pool !! Detta hem har allt du letar efter! Super bekvämt och lugnt läge, men nära tillgång till alla de stora motorvägarna. Du kommer att känna dig som hemma. Bekväm king size-säng i sovrummet med fullt bad / dusch och dubbla fåfänga, klädkammare, sminkfänga och massor av utrymme för att göra dig redo. Stor väggmonterad smart-TV. Hel vägg av glidande glasdörrar som leder ut till den stora poolen. Ytterligare två sovrum med bekväma queen size-sängar, stora garderober och badrum. Uppdaterat kök med bänkskivor i granit öppna mot matplatsen, med skjutbara glasdörrar som leder ut till uteplatsens matplats med takfläkt utanför. Underbart och läckert grapefruktträd i trädgården. Futon, soffa och luftmadrass finns för extra sov / sittplatser. Mycket rymligt vardagsrum med massor av sittplatser, 50 tums färg-TV med kabel-TV. Great, comfortable stay in central location!

We were in Phoenix for the first time to attend a family wedding. Loved how close the property was to everyplace we wanted to visit.Dawn's home was comfortable and a nice respite from all the wedding festivities. We were able to cook some meals too in her well stocked kitchen.Our family of three relaxed in her spacious home, appreciated having large bedrooms and our own bathrooms, and enjoyed the pool.Thanks, Dawn, for having us, for promptly answering our questions, and for been a clear communicator from booking through check out.D

Great stay!

We came down to attend a graduation at ASU and just explore the area. We had two kids and three adults in our party and the house had plenty of space. It was tooo cold to enjoy the pool but the yard was nice and there was a grapefruit tree in the back yard that had the best grapefruit! Communication with the owners was so simple and she was super responsive. The location was close to everything which made getting around super easy.

Perfect Family Location

Dawn was wonderful to work with. My two toddlers loved being able to walk to the park down the road. Very safe, friendly neighborhood. Quiet but still close to Phoenix attractions.

Fabulous time!

Property was exactly as described. Dawn was wonderful to communicate with and we had everything we needed during our stay. The pool was warm and wonderful and the kids had a blast swimming! The beds were comfortable and the location was great. Awesome park right down the street and close to shopping and restaurants!

Peaceful Oasis in the Heart of Mesa!

We had an amazing stay at this property in Mesa, Arizona! Located in a nice, quiet neighborhood, it was the perfect home base for our family of four. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed—from a fully stocked, functional kitchen to clean, cozy bedrooms and bathrooms. The outdoor pool was a huge hit with our kids, complete with seating and floats for relaxing in the sun.It’s conveniently located close to surrounding neighborhoods and the city, making it easy to explore or just enjoy a quiet night in. The host was incredibly responsive and available via text whenever we had a question. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a peaceful, well-equipped home away from home!

Nice house in good location Even tho new furnace the master br & bath cold even with closing vents in other parts of house Sheets need replacing as they tend to come off bed however the quality still good Enjoyed the grapefruit & taste wonderful spent a month there but was glad to get back to the comfortable recliner

This house was clean and comfortable. Nice neighborhood, park within walking distance. Very centrally located to many attractions in the Phoenix area. We enjoyed the pool everyday and were glad to have the heated option for it as well!!

Great location! Clean with a beautiful pool. 10 days of fun for our family of 4 with kids ages 12 and 16. The grapefruit tree in the backyard was a wonderful surprise. Fresh juice daily! Thank you!

Great location, easy access to Phoenix, Scottsdale, Tempe & East Valley

We really appreciated the large dining area, and space in the house. It's very comfortable. The neighborhood has easy access to the 101 and US60, so we didn't spend our whole visit getting somewhere. Too cold for pool, but lovely yard.

Ease for ASU!

Made a girls weekend out of my daughters college tour at ASU. The home is very clean, well appointed (even had a portable cooler for an easy day of hiking!). The beds are super comfy and the home was decorated in lovely colors and linens. Area is quiet, close drive to everywhere we needed to go. The pool was clean too!

This was our first experience using VRBO, and Dawn went above and beyond to make our experience an AMAZING one! The place was in a great location close to everything. Holidays in the Sun (2.5 weeks)

From booking to check-out, everything regarding this property was smooth and easy. The home was large and spacious, extremely clean, and perfect for entertaining friends and family over the holidays. Neighborhood was safe and quiet, centrally located and close to grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping. Owner communicated regularly and was always available for questions. Highly recommend this gorgeous, comfy, spacious home and will likely stay again!

Beautiful house in Tempe

The house had plenty of room and was in a nice neighborhood. It has a beautiful backyard and pool. We loved the grapefruit tree. They were delicious! The beds were comfortable and the house had everything we needed. The owner was very easy to communicate with if we had any questions and got back to us very quickly. We would definitely stay at this house again!

ASU Graduation

This was our family's second time staying at this property. Dawn, as always, was a wonderful Host and the house was perfect. It was a "hot one" this year and the pool did not fail. We spent 90% of our time on the patio and in the pool. If we are back in Tempe we will stay with Dawn. Thanks so much!!

Family graduation weekend

Quiet neighborhood, lovely pool! Easy access around area. Like having my family stay together at 1 location. Sheets in one room were very stained, tub was dirty, things not wiped down, said to clean frig at checkout but food all in frig when arrived. Disappointed in cleanliness. Owner was responsive.

Home and location were great for our February getaway!

This home was a great place to getaway from cold and snow for the month of February! The house had everything we needed to cook, grill, do laundry, eat outside by the beautiful pool or inside. Beds and other furniture were very comfortable. Kitchen was well appointed. The house was in a great location with grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping near by. Sloan Field is less than 3 miles away which was great for watching spring training practices and games. There were many hiking trails and golf courses within 30 miles. Communication with home manager was excellent! We highly recommend this house!

We love to vacation in Arizona and have tons of family located near Tempe. Our daughter just graduated from ASU! We are both originally from Illinois, just outside of Chicago.

We fell in love with the layout of the house and of course the fabulous pool. This home was a short distance to ASU and yet in a very quiet, but great central location.

Ranch home with very large rooms and master bedroom and dining room have direct access to the large pool. Fabulous grapefruit tree in the back yard. Wonderful covered patio with ceiling fan and dining table with gas grill. Right behind the home is a bike and walking path, for a quick morning ride or walk.
