Wonderful place

The condo was central located, beautiful property, pool and grounds. The condo had everything we needed for our week long stay. The host was available for any questions and concerns, we had a wonderful week. I would definitely recommend this property and host.

Excellent Stay and Beach Day in Siesta Key

Our family had a great stay at this condo. It had everything we needed for a fun-filled beach day and two restful nights. We would definitely recommend it for any family or group of friends looking to stay in Siesta Key.

The Property was Well kept. Was an " Old Florida " vibe. We enjoyed our stay and got around fine. I was a Bit disappointed with the Ultra Dated Condo. APT. Itself. For that Price Value- I expected An Updated remodeled facility with Nicer Furniture appliances, etc. Contract & Damage Fee Totally Unnecessary & a Turn off. Plus distance to beach. The Area real estate rentals are nuts lately. We like The Trolly & So many good Restruants. Of Course BEACHES make SIESTA KEY.

Great place to stay

Great place to stay. Very conveniently located within walking distance (1/2 mile) to some restaurants and shops. Free trolley is great if you want to go to downtown Seista Key. Overall this is a great condo.

Lovely stay in Siesta Key

We especially enjoyed the location. This condo is part of a quiet complex, but yet is a very short walk to the beach, several restaurants and stores, and a short drive to the village or across the bridge to Publix, etc. The condo was very clean and comfortable, with necessities provided. Beach chairs and towels were appreciated. John was very easy to communicate with.

Siesta stay

Overall, this place was a decent place to stay. Pros were the communication with the host (John was super quick to respond with a question and minor issue we ran into), location (walking distance to shops/restaurants), and the unit was well stocked with kitchen wear and beach toys. The cons - the unit was definitely older looking (outside of the primary bathroom). It had stains on the carpet in the bedrooms. The king bed was just two twin mattresses pushed together. The pillows in the primary bedroom were uncomfortable - we tried to change out with the many other available ones, but they must have been sitting for a long time because they smelled too musty to use. This last piece should only impact those traveling from different time zones. This is a mid-level unit, and it’s pretty noisy from people walking overhead. We traveled from the west coast, so at 8am (5am for us), we were woken up by people walking, moving chairs,

Cozy Condo

Clean and comfortable. Beds were nice and the shower has fantastic water pressure, so relaxing. It was nice to have all the beach needs in a buggy including an umbrella. The owner allowed us to check in early and that was so appreciated. My only complaint is there is no cover for the patio door. Not bad during the day but didn't like it at night. A simple drape would do. Other than that, it was a wonderful stay and we hope to visit again.

Great location, great vacation!

The condo was everything we could have asked for! It was clean, well equipped, and very comfortable. We stayed for several weeks, and it was truly a great home away from home. Nice pool, short walk to the beautiful beach, and several restaurants within a few blocks. We will definitely be back next year!

Perfect home for my small family

My experience here was great. It had all the amenities we could need. The beach cart and all the toys were great for our 2 boys. The home was clean and well maintained.

Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay. Owner checked in to make sure everything was good. Clean, spacious, lots of extras for the beach. Easy walk to the beach, great location, others in the condo were great. Restaurants and things to do in walking distance. Would love to stay again.

Perfect location, great stay!

Our stay here was wonderful. The property was exactly as described. The communication was clear, and everything we needed was at our fingertips! The location is perfect—a short walk to the beach, restaurants and shops, but out of the most congested areas. The property is immaculately clean and well maintained. We couldn’t have asked for more! We hope to stay again in the future.

Beautiful condo with all necessities. It was very spacious, which I LOVE!!

I loved the size and layout. It was soo spacious in the living area. Pool was just a few steps away and the beach was just across the street. Car rental is a must for this area though because there is limited shopping available. I definitely would stay here again. Thank you John!❤️

Super cute condo with everything needed!

We really enjoyed our stay! Our host John was great and was quick to answer any questions or concerns we had. The condo was adorable had everything we needed with towels, beach towels, beach toys and bag to carry them, beach chairs, umbrella and a wagon. The pool was super close like a few feet from the stairs. There is a nice grill right next to the pool that we used a few times! The laundry and trash room is right outside the front door (we couldn’t find this at first but the pool house assistant helped us). Laundry was around 3.50 to wash and dry. Make sure to bring laundry soap. The beds were super comfortable and showers had great pressure! Tons of room. There is not a tv in the guest bedroom but there is a tv in the living room and the master bedroom. Cute little patio that my kids loved to eat on! Publix was 5 minutes away for groceries we needed. We also went to Walmart which was about 15 minutes away. The beach is within walking distance but it is about a 15 minute walk. We did not use the trolly but it was easy access for free transportation if you didn’t want to drive. There is a gas station the 711 that is within walking distance for any needs. Tons of restaurants! We loved the salty dog on the other side of the island for our kids! We rented a boat from Lances boat rentals which was the cheapest we’ve fount! We drove it our self and had it all day and also had a tube for tubing! We also went to jungle gardens for the kids to feed flamingos! We would absolutely come back to this condo it was perfect and our 3 children had a blast. Thank you for letting us spend the week in your condo! Memories for a lifetime ❤️

Loved this Condo in Siesta Keys!!

The condo is perfect with all the accommodations thought out. John was excellent with communication and very hospitable. The condo is decorated really cute and functionable. It's a short walk to the beautiful beach and having the wagon and beach accessories was great! We really loved it and hope to be back again.

Perfect!

This property and the whole rental process was perfect! The location (right across from the beach), the cleanliness, the quick, accurate, the helpful communication of the owner, and the owners thoughtfulness in having everything you need for a great beach trip available were perfect! He provided beach chairs, toys, umbrella, beach wagon, even the “tool” needed to easily dig and secure the umbrella on the beach. And the complex was clean, had a great pool and even a picnic area and bbq grills.. As my husband said - this was great! I’d definitely stay here again.
