Paradise awaits you! This spacious and recently renovated 2 bedroom and 2 bath condo is walking distance from Crescent beach, shops and restaurants. This unit accommodates 6 people. Great relaxing location. Some beach essentials included. The unit comes with one reserved parking spot. You won’t be disappointed as you’ll be making incredible memories near the #1 rated beach in the U.S.A.! All you need is your bathing suit and sunblock!!!! The condo location is about 2.5 miles south of Siesta Key Village. Free trolley to Siesta Key Village.

Nice condo/perfect location

Nice property in a great location. Supplied with everything we needed for our stay. Owners were quick to respond to any questions we had. Would definitely stay there again.

Nice place to stay

The only negative point is the fact the main bedroom gives on a busy road and it is noisy from early in the morning to the night. A good reason to go to the beach or visit the surroundings.

Great location! We got what we expected and a little more. Everything was within walking distance so that was great. Nice pool for when we were not at the beach.

Location was GREAT!

We loved the location of the property! The screened in porch was great to have and all the beach items to use were so helpful especially the wagon! We loved being that close to Point of Rocks!! Very clean property and the owners respond VERY quickly to any questions we had. Would stay again!

Family Christmas Getaway!

We love Siesta Key, have been going there with our family for at least a decade. We love the Crescent Beach area which is so close to many great restaurants, Captain Curt’s, Clayton’s, Swordfish Grill, and sandwiches at Anne’s Deli are amazing! The beach is beautiful and a great place for finding shells. We are already planning for next year!

Christmas 2021

This is a very nice and updated property. Very clean with everything we needed. Great location on Siesta Key. Instructions to check in at the office were clear, though no one was ever there to check in with, but the owner of the condo was very helpful. Thank you for a wonderful place to call home while on vacation!
