Vår rymliga lägenhet är fullt möblerad, inklusive lakan och badlakan. Nya köksskåp, bänkskivor i granit, nya fåfängar i badrummet, alla nya golvplattor och ny färg. Uppvärmd pool. Allaktivitetshus. Delad tvättmaskin / torktumlare i byggnaden. Parkeringsplats. Komplexet ligger ett kvarter från restauranger, butiker, livsmedel, apotek, postkontor, vattensportuthyrning, cykeluthyrning och mycket mer !!!! TRÅDLÖST INTERNET.

Family visit to Florida

This was a great location, not too far from the beach and a walk away from some restaurants. Easy check in and great communication with property manager. Was looking for a 2 bedroom to give the kids their own room and this place made that very accessible.

Love the location and proximity to beach, stores and restaurants. Size and price of condo are excellent. Very easy process. Would love to stay there again!!

Perfect location for a quick trip

Condo was perfectly located for any activity you’d like to do. Couple minute walk to the beach, bars and local stores. Easy assess to the frog bus to go to the village. Condo was clean and as described! No issues with checking in and easy communication with the property manager. Very accommodating with my flight coming in earlier than the check in time. Would stay again

Spring break

Great value for the location. Even more value based size of space compared to other much more expensive properties near by. All appliances were new. This made shopping for groceries and cooking. Meals on site was extremely easy. Most everything is within walking distance from this location. Super nice.

Perfect place to stay in Siesta Key

The condo was great! It was spacious and had everything we needed for a great week! Beach chairs, towels, coolers, floats, you name it, it was provided. The condo is within walking distance to everything you need, but also away from any noise, so it's very peaceful. Stephen is a great owner, extremely fast to answer any questions and provided us with great recommendations for things to do and places to eat! An all around great experience!

Wonderful

We were very impressed when we walked in. The condo was well maintained and Everything was very clean. The beds were comfortable. We cooked a lot and all the pots and pans and utensils we needed were already there. There’s a short walk across the street to the beach. Beach towels were provided, along with a wagon and umbrella. The location is perfect, imo. We jumped on the trolly (free) or the frog bus (tips) to get anywhere we needed. We had zero problems, and an amazing time. We will definitely stay again.

Stephen’s condo

Our family had a great week in Siesta Key! The best part of the trip was the convenience of the condo. It was clean, exactly as advertised and very close to everything! The beach was a very short walk across the road and everything you need to spend a day on the beach was stocked in the condo. The pool was perfect and during our stay it was very quiet and we found we had the pool to ourselves most of the week. Stephen provided very detailed check in/ check out instructions as well as recommendations on where to eat and places to see. We had zero concerns during our stay and will definitely book here again if we find ourselves back in the area!

CHRISTMAS FAMILY VACATION

Our stay at this VRBO was nice. The building itself is built like an older hotel rather than a condo complex but the location is great, 2 min a walk from the beach and other stores, bars, etc. The only downside that were noteworthy was the space was not well-cleaned. There was hair everywhere that was not ours, the bathroom, the living room, the bedroom. The couch also had a weird smell, and the bed sheets had some stains. The pool heater was also broken for the majority of the days we were there. It's hard to get a hotel around here during the holiday season, and overall this wasn't bad, thank you!

Girls Trip

We had a wonderful week in Siesta Key! The property was so quiet and perfectly located near the beach and everything you need! There were four of us and the condo was the perfect size for us. There were a few things that need addressed but not a deal breaker, we will gladly stay with you again. There were no dish towels or dish rags in the kitchen. Not enough wash cloths for a place that sleeps 6 people. A mirror in each bedroom would be great. Some of the bed pillows are gross, they need washed or replaced and there should be pillow protectors on them. Thank you for a great week and a comfortable and quiet place to stay!!

Disappointed

A/C broken upon arrival, had to move to a hotel for 4 days. The unit was not fully cleaned. There was sand on the floor and on the counters. Internal storage doors are broken. Lamps were falling apart. The beach cart does not have a handle. One of the umbrella base pipes is broken. The umbrellas are essentially useless with the wind. Property manager worked with us but this is not a place we would visit again. We are to be refunded but, to date, none has been noted in my account.

Exactly what we were looking for.

We had a wonderful spring break vacation and Stephen’s condo served as the perfect launchpad. The location is ideal and the complex was super quiet and inviting. The beds and couches were super comfortable. The kitchen was a bit sparse with pots, pans, utensils…but we made it work and were able to prepare most of our meals. There was sufficient beach accessories, however, a lot of them were in need of replacement. With that being said, we were fine and I communicated with Stephen. He replied his appreciation and intentions to replace the gear. I think no one told him the stuff was on its last legs and he just didn’t know. I suspect the next guests will have nice brand new beach gear. (BTW the beach is a five minute walk directly across the street). I wish the condo had an outdoor space such as a patio. But I would not let the lack of one deter you from booking this place. The condo was certainly clean, but the cleaning personnel did miss a spot in a toilet that got our attention. Also, the fans in both bathrooms are connected to the light switches. So, no lights without fans. That got a bit annoying. But I’m really nitpicking. If you are looking for a clean, comfortable, quiet place to enjoy siesta key. Look no further. Also, the pool was small but the kids loved it. We made great memories on our trip and appreciated Stephen’s condo.
