My Rental Homes | Villa Einaudi with sea view, Jacuzzi and Sauna

Located in Cadaques with a fantastic sea view on the Mediterranean sea, Villa Einaudi is a charming house between the land and the sea, the ideal place for a comfortable and peaceful holiday in Costa Brava.

The taste is guaranteed by the attention on materials, the natural stones used for the external spaces, the white paint to cover the plaster and the woods details and the typical Arabic tile are used to decorate the roof.

Outside we find the spacious grass garden by the seashore, with a spectacular sea view and pines trees, a big terrace with the built-on barbecue for fantastic dinners outside,  a covered loggia with table and chairs,few steps we enter in the the living room, the space is really bright and airy with large sliding glass doors, there are the sofas, a large flat tv, a beautiful Piano, it’s ihe ideal space where to spend time of socialization and chatting with the friends and the family. There is an equipped kitchen a dining area with table and chairs with the direct access to the external loggia.
Complete this floor the Master Suite with with a double bed, private bathroom with tub and two spacious  double bedrooms that share a bathroom with bathtub.

On the first floor there is a second living room, used as a studio a double bedroom with private bathroom with bathtub, and three panoramic terraces placed in different spots with unique views on the Cadaques bay.
On the basement the service bedroom with one single bed, a living room with the pool table, cosy sofas, library and TV, this is the place where to relax after a beach day.

Guests will appreciate the Spa area on the first floor, with the Jacuzzi and sauna room, another bathroom with shower, the housekeeping service (2 hours per day every two days), change the linen and towels on time per week and the garden maintenance.
On request is possible to reserve boat trips.

Villa Einaudi is the right property for an unforgettable holiday in Costa Brava, immersed in the biological reserve of Cape Creus, and close the village of Cadaqués, the most eastern village in the Iberian Pensinsula.

Rental rules
A 50% of non-refundable deposit is required upon confirmation, while the final balance is due no later than 60 days prior to the arrival date.
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam
It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval
Smoking is not allowed inside the house
Safety fence around the pool, or fenced on demand
Pool has no swimming guard
Children welcome
The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.
