Vårt hem har 3 sovrum, 2 badrum, 2 vardagsrum, utökat kök och matplats. Gott om parkering (inklusive RV parkering) och enkel tillgång till mataffär, bank, postkontor, bibliotek, lyx biograf och många restauranger. Beach, Legoland, golfbanor är mindre än 10 minuter bort. Disneyland bara 1 timme bort. Det är allt här!

Bakgården erbjuder avkopplande vattenfall, eldgrop, 6-håls putting green och en mängd utomhusspel inklusive hästskor och bocce ball.

Exactly just like the description and photos, we enjoyed our comfy stay, grocery store is walkable just across the street, easy access to local attractions. Would love to return and stay there again.

We had a great stay! The house was exactly what we needed as three colleagues staying in Carlsbad for a few days. The location was perfect-across from a plaza with a grocery store, multiple coffee options, restaurants, etc. The beds were comfortable which was great and we had space to spread out and to hang together.

Home remodeled nicely. Plenty of room. Nice family gathering area. Kitchen fully stocked. Very clean. Near great restaurants , easy access to freeways. Safe locale. Would stay again without hesitation.

Family Vacation Perfect Location

This property was clean, convenient to shopping and a quick drive to the beach. My favorite place to relax was the beautiful patio. Our family would enjoy visiting this property again.

Excellent property and location

The property was fantastic and location was exactly what we needed. It was clean and the backyard is great. We weren't familiar with the Traeger and wished there was a regular, larger grill. Only other suggestion is to put an electrical outlet in pantry to plug in microwave so we didn't have to carry it out into kitchen and plug in. The property is exceptional.

Legoland family trip

We stayed at this lovely home for our Legoland family trip and it was very close to the park among many other restaurants etc. The house was clean, my kids loved playing in the backyard that was secure that I felt comfortable letting my kids roam around with minimal supervision. They had a lot of toys and kids utensils as well. The beds were comfy, but the bedding had me a bit warm but I just slept with the sheet and was comfortable. Lots of natural light throughout the house with the big windows. We struggled a bit with the TV but eventually got it working. Overall, it was a great stay and in a very safe quiet neighborhood.

Second trip

This was our second time staying at this property and won’t be the last. The backyard is so dreamy, the house is peaceful, and our whole family feels at home there. Taylor is always accommodating and helpful. Highly recommend

The property was clean and the beds incredibly comfortable. There was also an abundance of bath towels, which I greatly appreciated. My husband and I use a lot of towels, and it was so nice to have plush, towels to use.

Nice Home

This home is located near many amenities. The house itself is very comfortable. One thing I was not aware of is right next door is gated parking for I believe RV's etc. It was not a problem but would have been nice to know. There are also large power poles right next door as well. The house worked great for our family wedding.

In town for a wedding

The house is in a nice neighborhood and conveniently close to a major shopping center. It was perfect for our family, well-appointed, comfortable, and nicely decorated. We had a minor problem with the electronic lock system and Taylor, our hostess reacted immediately and saved the day :-) We appreciated all the amenities, they were just as they were described, and we would recommend this house to anyone.

Clean house in a gorgeous neighborhood!!!

We loved this house so much. We’ve stayed in plenty of rentals and this by far was the cleanest I’ve ever experienced. I’m typically a very clean person and the cleaners of this house pay attention to details for sure. Decor is nice and the backyard was awesome!!! My kids loved all the toys and bikes in the yard, as well as the fireplace. Kitchen was fully stocked, as well as extra amenities in the bathrooms like shampoo/conditioner and body wash, etc . Two washers and dryers, great idea!!!! Close to shopping and activities as well! I’d never been to Carlsbad but staying here made me fall in love with the town and we will be back!!!

Great spot to stay

This house was great for the 6 adults that were staying here. Great floor plan and seating areas. Need to add some hangers but other than that we were very pleased with everything. Outdoor space was great

Wonderful property

This is a wonderful property. We used it for a wedding. There is plenty of room for the bride maids to get ready. If we need a property in this area, we will be back. Great communication with the owner.

Wedding time

Wanted a home base for all the various activities for our daughter’s wedding. Two sets of washer/ dryer was very helpful. Open plan and backyard gave us lot’s of elbow room. Also, very well stocked kitchen. We had numerous communications with the owner (Taylor) who was great. We tried to treat it like our own home. The only complaint I have is my inability to operate the many lighting controls. We would stay again; easy decision!

Close to everything

This house helped make our trip memorable. The weather was not kind, so we probably spent more time indoors than we expected to. The kitchen was well equipped, the large tv screens were appreciated, and when it stopped raining, we made use of the putting green. Wonderful laundry room and primary bedroom. Great location near shopping and Legoland. A few heads ups: the house is very minimalist, with no “clutter” such as books, magazines, local guides, guest book, recommendations. The queen bedroom does not have a closet and the retractable washing line did not hold any clothes on hangers. There are no bedside lamps in that room. The twin bed room is pretty small but perfect for little kids. All in all, we enjoyed our stay. And when the sun came out for one glorious day, it was wonderful!

We are a family of five and LOVE this home and the city of Carlsbad. We love the beach, hikes, outdoors, shopping, and good food. With two little ones, we enjoy family friendly locations, but also did plenty of exploring without "littles" in tow. We look forward to sharing it all with you.

I grew up in northern California and moved to Orange County and then San Diego for college. I met Kenny freshman year and we haven't left! We have been ALL over San Diego and finally settled in Carlsbad in 2013. We absolutely love it here in Carlsbad and love being close to charming Encinitas beach town as well. We can help you determine what to do, where to go, and where to eat pretty much anywhere in San Diego!

Varför värden valde detta boende

Carlsbad is such a great family and community centered city. You won't want to leave. We didn't! Kenny and I came up for a wedding at La Costa Omni Resort in 2012 and fell in love. We arrived early and decided to check out the beach "real quick". Real quick actually ended up being real quick! We drove down the road to PCH, saw a sign that said "Beach" with an arrow, parked and walked onto the sand. AND it wasn't jam packed full of people! We were fortunate enough to purchase a home in La Costa in 2013 and begin growing our family. Once the opportunity presented itself again, we had to do it! So here we are, with another wonderful home that we are so excited to share with you!
