The space
The unique apartment sleeps 8 guests over 3 floors and boasts high ceilings, open plan living, exposed brick, 2 living areas, 3 bathrooms, and a large private rooftop terrace.
The main living space is bright and airy with a large corner seating area, a 65" smart TV, floor to ceiling windows and aircon. The open plan kitchen includes an electric oven and hob, an integrated fridge, freezer and dishwasher, a toaster, kettle, microwave, a Sage Barista coffee machine, and a full range of cookware and utensils. The dining area has a beautiful large contemporary six-seater table, perfect for guests to socialise and dine together.
The master ensuite bedroom is located on the first floor and is full of natural light. It includes a king-sized bed, matching bedside tables, lamps with USB charging ports, a chest of drawers, a full-length mirror, and a separate dressing room. The master ensuite includes a dressing room with hanging space and storage, a wash hand basin and a heated towel rail. The shower room and toilet are accessed via a frosted glass sliding door.
Across the landing is the second ensuite bedroom. The room has a double bed with bedside tables, lamps with USB charging ports, a chest of drawers, and a wardrobe. The large ensuite bathroom is accessed via sliding doors and is fitted with a wash basin with mirror, toilet, walk-in shower and heated towel rail.

The sofa bed opens up as a double bed a with pocket sprung mattress, which can comfortably sleep 2. The light well feature, exposed brick and high ceilings add to the uniqueness of the room. Itâs a great chill-out space for guests to enjoy relaxing or as a further sleeping space. It can also be used as a workspace for those wanting a quiet area in the house.
The terrace is accessed through the patio doors in the living room. The area has a comfy seating area with an outdoor rug and tall plants for privacy. The south-facing terrace is a real sun trap, so itâs perfect for a spot of sunbathing or outdoor dining. It's one of the quietest areas of the house, which makes it so enjoyable.
