Summary:
We are excited to welcome you to our stunning 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom Elysium duplex penthouse apartment in Manchester's vibrant Chinatown. With an upstairs and a downstairs, and featuring a spacious balcony facing out into the skyline, this property boasts a modern and contemporary charm. This apartment sleeps up to 8 guests.
The Space:
KITCHEN & DINING AREA
The fully equipped kitchen is a dream come true. We offer everything you need to prepare meals during your stay, including a fridge freezer, oven and grill, microwave, washing machine, washer/dryer, Nespresso machine, induction hob, a kettle, and a toaster. There is also a modern hot tap releasing instant boiling hot water.
The large kitchen island functions as a breakfast bar seating 4 and faces a large 8-seater dining table. This space also offers an excellent workspace for those who may be travelling on business.
BEDROOMS
There are three king-size bedrooms which all feature air conditioning units and custom black-out curtains/blinds.
The master bedroom features a king-size bed, triple wardrobe unit with plenty of storage space, a small comfortable seating area and side table, as well as an ensuite bathroom.
Bedroom 2 features a king-size bed as well as a spacious quadruple wardrobe.
Bedroom 3 features a king-size bed and a spacious double wardrobe.
BATHROOMS
The apartment has 2.5-bathroom options across both floors – featuring a sizeable family bathroom with a bathtub, an ensuite bathroom in the master bedroom with a shower, and a W/C downstairs with a toilet and sink. We provide bath and hand towels, as well as complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap.
LIVING AREA
The living area features a 55-inch smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime access. There is a sliding patio door leading out to a spacious terrace-style balcony overlooking the city skyline. There is air con installed in the living area for your convenience.
SOFA BED
The sofa can be converted into a comfortable double sofa-bed. Depending on the booked number of guests on your reservation, you may need to contact our customer service team who are on-hand to arrange a sofa bed set-up, where additional charges may apply. If you’re unsure whether you have a sofa-bed inclusive rate or for full details of our sofa-bed policy, please refer to our terms and conditions.
ACCESSIBILITY
This is a duplex apartment across two floors, with stairs leading up to the bedrooms and main bathroom. For those with mobility considerations, kindly note there is no elevator inside the apartment.
Guest Access:
Upon booking with us, you will receive access to your personalised Guest Pass. The Guest Pass is powered by Enso Connect – an Airbnb trusted partner. Here you will receive your check-in instructions, Wi-Fi details, local recommendations (& exclusive discounts!) and much more. You will receive a link to your Guest Pass in your booking confirmation message.
In order to protect both the property and you, our valued guest, you must complete either a mandatory deposit authorisation hold of £250 or a £50.00 non-refundable damage waiver (Please note that the Damage Waiver option is not available for bookings placed within 24 hours of check-in). This can be done on a card of your choosing via the Guest Pass. If you select the deposit authorisation hold, no monies are taken from your card unless damages are caused during your stay, or additional fees are incurred. This may be for things such as late check-out, undeclared guests, and/or extra nights. The deposit authorisation hold is usually released with 1 working day of check-out.
Kindly ensure that your Guest Pass verification and deposit authorisation hold are complete prior to your check-in, as you will not be able to access the apartments until this is complete.

The Neighborhood:
There are plenty of shops, bars, cafes, and restaurants around the apartment building, including the iconic Alchemist on New York Street where The Heim guests can receive an exclusive 20% discount on selected days.
Getting Around:
This property is located in Manchester’s city centre district of Chinatown, a short walking distance from St Peter's Square, Piccadilly Gardens, and The Arndale. There is a public car park located down the road called 'China Town Car Park' - charges may apply. The closest metrolink tram stations are Piccadilly Gardens and St Peter's Square. Manchester Piccadilly Train Station is less than 10-minutes walking distance.
Other Things to Note:
Please note we do not manage the building and cannot be held responsible for any maintenance issues in building communal areas. If the elevator is out of order, you will be required to take the stairs up to the 6th floor to access the apartment. We ask our guests to kindly respect our neighbours.
