This property is exactly what we look for visiting a beach town with a great location and ocean view. The place was immaculate and easy to check in/out. Tim is a gracious host and it's clear he cares deeply about his guests. Will definitely look to stay here again.

Tim is a wonderful host and interesting person to talk with. The views are beautiful…from watching the early morning activity on the water to enjoying the sunset in the evening. Easy walking distance to an array of restaurants. Conveniently located to many tourist attractions. Loved that we had our own parking space as OB parking is challenging at times. We loved hiking along the Sunset Cliffs. We visit SD often and this place will be added to our list of places to stay.

Excellent & great neighborhood

What more can I say we love OB and the location of this property is perfect for walking Everywhere! Great View from balcony !Loved listening and watching the ocean in the morningFrom the upstairs bedroom! Just a short walk to Sunset cliffs and enjoyed all the succulent flower growing every where! On site laundry room was an extra bonus as well as the parking spot ! Would stay here again Thanks Tim for sharing your little slice of heaven!

Very special location!

I really enjoyed staying at this unique property in Ocean Beach. The location can't be beat! And the home, though slightly outdated, was very comfortable. Also really appreciated the onsite parking and amazing views of the ocean!

Much need time away with my husband. Location and views were perfect as we did not rent a car. Everything was in walking distance and like I mentioned before, the views were beautiful.

OB a fun beach town everyone needs to see

Tim was a fantastic host and made us feel very welcome during our stay while visiting from Australia. Great location hanging over the cliffs at Ocean Beach/Sunset Cliffs and an easy stroll to Newport St the heart of OB which has something for everybody and should be experienced, a very unique place. Loved it and hope to go back soon and stay with Tim again. Murray & Leslie.

OB Has a vibe

We showed up late from Las Vegas and couldn't see the view from our room, but we opened the doors and listened to the ocean waves as we slept for the 1st night. We made coffee and relaxed on the balcony and stared into the amazing ocean! We met the owner while heading out for a little shopping and he was so wonderful, he shared some stories and history about Ocean Beach. We walked the Sunset Cliffs, and took in the sights with a Brunch cruise. Then for the main event and the reason we came to San Diego - a concert at PETCO park. The location of this apartment was perfect for all of our adventures... I especially loved the feel of Ocean Beach.. the difference in people, smells,, smiles & Sights just from the drive off the 8 freeway.. this town seems to slow your heartrate and free your mind of worry!! We will be back!

Beautiful place overlooking sea with great host

This is a beautiful unit constructed overlooking the owner's patio and home. The owner is a great host. Only issue are the stairs to reach the unit entrance and the bedroom floor above the living area, which may be difficult for older or handicapped people.

I grew up and lived in San Diego my whole life! This city is fantastic! I have two vacation rental apartments next to each other on the ocean front. I currently live on one of the apartments.
