The Sea Shell condo ligger i den mysiga 19 enhet Sunset Cottages komplex på Okaloosa Island i Fort Walton Beach, Florida. Det är "Gulf Side", drygt 200 steg från sanden, så inga vägar att korsa och du kan koppla av på stranden på några minuter!

The Sea Shell har en 2: a våningen delvis gulf utsikt från matsalen fönstret och stora rum balkong. Inuti finns en rymlig 750 kvm ft för att du ska lounge och koppla av som inkluderar; stort stort rum, stort sovrum och bad, lägenhetskomplex byggt 2000. Inredningen påminner dig om de mjuka avkopplande färgerna på sand och hav, och naturligtvis havsskal.

Det stora stora rummet innehåller ett rymligt fullt utrustat kök, matplats med matbord med plats för upp till 6 personer och vardagsrum. I vardagsrummet ingår en queen size-bäddsoffa, kärlekssits, 49 "väggmonterad SMART TV med full kabel med COX Contour DVR / On Demand System, DVD / VCR-spelare och över hundra filmer för alla åldrar att titta på. Det stora rummet har två stora fönster och franska dörrar som öppnar på en andra balkong med delvis utsikt över Mexikanska golfen.

Det stora sovrummet har egen privat ingång till badrummet, egen privat balkong, en king size-säng med en ny fantastisk bekväm plysch / kudde-madrass, 32 "HDTV, DVD-spelare och full kabel. Det finns en rymlig hall med inbyggda dubbla våningssängar med glidgardiner för mer integritet för den som sover i våningssängen.

Lägenheten kan sova upp till sex personer.

We absolutely loved our stay! The condo was beautiful, clean, and decorated so perfectly. You can tell so much thought and care has been put into making guests feel comfortable.One of our favorite things was how organized everything was — and I mean EVERYTHING was labeled! It made it so easy to find what we needed and truly feel right at home. All the little details made such a big difference.The space was cozy, welcoming, and exactly what we needed for a relaxing vacation. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful place to get away!

Our stay at the seashell

This place is decorated beautifully, just as pictured. The owner was in contact from the day of booking and replied to any and all questions asked very fast! It had everything you’d need for your stay! Was just a two minute walk, if that, to the beach! Would definitely stay here again!

Great beach getaway

Overall, everything was excellent highly recommended. The only issue we had was the air conditioning would cut off at 1:30 in the morning and we would get warm but great host great location very safe.

We had a great time. Love the location. So nice to have a car this time to explore the area. The weather didn’t quite cooperate, but still had beach time Boshamps was favorite place to eat We hope to return again next year. Love, Dianne & Kathy

Perfect condo for a family of 4!

The condo is perfect.. It is a short walk to the beach. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking in and the beds are very comfortable. The WiFi worked great and the TV worked wonderfully. The only negative is you can hear people walking upstairs at times. We would definitely stay here again!!

Dear Ryan, The Sea Shell isn't ocean front, but you are correct, it is a very short walk, only minutes to the beach. I try to make sure I provide many great amenities for my guests, WiFi, SMART TV, New Mattresses, kitchen supplies ready for cooking. and many more. I am sorry about the loud guests upstairs, I wish I had know about the issue. I would have resolved it for you. I pride myself on quickly responding to my guest's needs.
