Vi installerade en ny pool med ett spa 2016. Den här ön hemma bara ett kvarter från stranden erbjuder en av en vänlig miljö som med fördel ger dig njutningarna av en fjädermatad sjö med brygga samt ett kvarter (3 minuters promenad) till stranden med en titt på viken. Den vackra sjön är hem för alla typer av fisk från Snapper, Redfish, Tarpon och Mullet. Öva dina fiskefärdigheter. (Kom ihåg för all vår framtida glädje vi övar på att fånga och släppa.) Du kommer att njuta av den mycket ljusa och öppna planlösningen obefläckat inredda med tre sovrum och två fulla bad samt en utomhusdusch. Det tredje sovrummet har en stilig skrivbord och TV. Njut av ditt morgonkaffe och soluppgången på den vackra markisen som täcker baksidan med utsikt över poolen, spaet och sjön och koppla av på kvällen och njut av den vackra solnedgången på stranden.

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful vacation! The home was clean and well stocked for everything we could need for cooking and all the beach essentials were a huge plus! Loved the backyard pool and how close it was to the beach! We would stay again!

Wonderful first stay in AMI!

We loved staying at this home in Holmes Beach! It was very clean and the walk to the beach was not far at all! Loved the pool and was great to be able to use all of the beach chairs & wagon. Christy was quick to answer any questions I had, would love to stay here again!!

Great location

Our stay was lovely. The red tide was a bummer and we didn’t get the beach time we would have hoped, but this rental had a pool and that was blessing! Overall it’s was well stocked and comfy! Would visit again as the location was perfect!

Great quiet location

Loved the location - we’ve stayed at far north end several times before of AMI, but we preferred this location. It was very quiet, lovely that it backed into lagoon. The pool and hot tub were in great shape and heated nicely. The house itself is taken well care of and has so many amenities to make your trip easy (cookware, beach accessories, etc). Highly recommend and would stay again!

Another great AMI trip

This was our second trip to AMI and we loved the house and the location of it. We could walk to the beach everyday and you can even see it from the front door! The pool and hot tub were nice. The house came with all amenities that you might need. We will be back!!

Perfection!

We had an incredible time at this property. Comfortable. Easy for two families to move around and coexist. Loved the pool, and fishing off the dock was fun even though we caught mostly seaweed. Garage is a bonus, as we brought our bikes.

Great location and amenities!

We had a fantastic stay and really enjoyed all the “extras” that were available at the property, like beach chairs and umbrella and a beach wagon! Location was great and the space was perfect for our four adults and two teenage boys. The pool and hot tub were AMAZING and used daily! :) And the backyard felt like a private oasis with no houses visible behind us and lots of greenery to shield you from the neighbors. We will be back!

We are from New Jersey. My parents bought this property years ago when they visited the area and fell in love with it. My mom still owns the property but I manage VRBO for her since my father passed.

We just fell in love with Holmes Beach and when we found this home with the beautiful view of the lake we had to make it our home. Most homes near the beach have a back yard fenced in with no view and all of your neighbors are right behind your yard.
