The fully equipped kitchen is very spacious with a stylish dining area and breakfast bar, perfect for a self-catering family holiday. The beautifully furnished sitting room is spacious with two luxurious sofas and separate chairs, while an ensuite twin bedroom is perfect for older children who want that extra freedom and privacy. All of these rooms open onto either the arched terrace area or garden through large patio doors.  
An ornate staircase leads to two further ensuite bedrooms including the master, boasting a balcony with glorious views over the swimming pool, gardens and sea, along with a large ensuite bathroom with a separate shower and twin basins. In the beautiful outdoor areas of the property there is a huge twelve-metre heated swimming pool (optional heating) surrounded by well-maintained gardens, and a shaded terrace with patio furniture.
A large choice of beautiful beaches awaits on this stretch of coastline, while a small supermarket, several restaurants and two 18-hole golf courses can all be found within three-kilometres. The location of the villa is perfect for trips to the central and western Algarve and also to the nearby mountains (Monchique).
