Appliances consist of an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, a TV, DVD player and CD player. Outside there is an enclosed patio with furniture and barbecue, and off-road parking. One well-behaved dog welcomed, but sorry, no smoking.
