Summary - Sleeps 3 in 2 bedrooms with 1 bathroom. Cyndal Bach is in the grounds of Pentre Cyndal (the owner's property) and has its own parking space and private garden.
Changeover Day - Saturday.
Dog Friendly - One well-behaved dog or two very small dogs welcome. Sorry, no cats or other pets.
Suitability - The property is situated over two floors and the bathroom is downstairs. Please note that the bedrooms are accessed by the original steep staircase and are not suitable for guests with mobility limitations and young children.
Bedrooms - Two bedrooms: 1 x super king (zip/link option bed can be made as twins by request), 1 x 2' 6" single bed.
Bathrooms - Ground floor shower room with large shower cubicle, WC, wash hand basin and heated towel rail.
Kitchen - Small kitchen equipped with oven, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave and toaster. Please note that there is no washing machine at Cyndal Bach.
Sitting Room - Comfortable sofa and armchair. Dining table with two chairs. Woodburning stove. TV with DVD, CD player, books.
Outdoors - Lovely private garden to the rear with seating options (not enclosed).
Parking - Off-road parking for 1 car.
Children - Travel cot (no bedding) and high chair available on request.
