Summary:
We are excited to welcome you to Greenhaus, a spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom duplex apartment, located in the Shudehill/Northern Quarter area of Manchester. This penthouse property features a dark green theme throughout, with a spacious kitchen and living room. This apartment sleeps up to 6 guests.
The Space:
KITCHEN & DINING AREA
The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. We offer a fridge freezer, oven and grill, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, Nespresso machine, kettle and toaster, ceramic hob, induction hob, downdraft induction hob.
We also offer Nespresso capsules, tea, coffee, sugar, milk sachets, oil, and salt & pepper.
The kitchen island doubles up as a breakfast bar, with 4 bar stools. This space also offers an excellent workspace for those who may be travelling on business.
BEDROOMS
There are 2 king-size bedrooms, all fitted with blackout blinds, and spacious double wardrobes.
BATHROOMS
There are 2 bathrooms. The main bathroom is located on the bottom floor and has a bath tub and shower head. The master bedroom located upstairs features a shower. We provide bath and hand towels, as well as complimentary shampoo, conditioner and hand soap.
LIVING AREA
The living area features a 55 inch smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime TV access. There is also a unique miniature turret overlooking the city below.
SOFA BED
The sofa can be converted into a comfortable double sofa-bed. Depending on the booked number of guests on your reservation, you may need to contact our customer service team who are on-hand to arrange a sofa bed set-up, where additional charges may apply. If you’re unsure whether you have a sofa-bed inclusive rate or for full details of our sofa-bed policy, please refer to our terms and conditions.
LOCATION & PARKING
This property is located in Manchester’s city centre district of Shudehill/Northern Quarter. You can be Manchester’s central bar and retail district within walking distance. There is public street parking available around the property, as well as a public car park located on Hanover Street - charges may apply.
Guest Access:
Upon booking with us, you will receive access to your personalised Guest Pass. The Guest Pass is powered by Enso Connect – an Airbnb trusted partner. Here you will receive your check-in instructions, Wi-Fi details, local recommendations (& exclusive discounts!) and much more. You will receive a link to your Guest Pass in your booking confirmation message.
In order to protect both the property and you, our valued guest, you must complete a mandatory deposit authorisation hold of £250. This can be done on a card of your choosing via the Guest Pass. No monies are taken from your card unless damages are caused during your stay, or additional fees are incurred. This may be for things such as late check-out, undeclared guests, and/or extra nights. The deposit authorisation hold is usually released with 1 working day of check-out.
Kindly ensure that your Guest Pass verification and deposit authorisation hold are complete prior to your check-in, as you will not be able to access the apartments until this is complete.

This property is located in Manchester’s city centre district of Shudehill/Northern Quarter. You can be Manchester’s central bar and retail district within walking distance. There is a public car park located on Hanover Street - charges may apply. Shudehill Station is located just down the road, where you can catch a metrolink tram or take a bus or coach. Manchester Victoria Station is also a short 10-minute walk away.
Other Things to Note:
Please note we do not manage the building and cannot be held responsible for any maintenance issues in building communal areas. If the elevator is out of order, you will be required to take the stairs up to the 6th floor to access the apartment. We ask our guests to kindly respect our neighbours. We also encourage you to read our house rules for full transparency of our terms & conditions prior to booking - these can be found on our website. By booking your stay, you agree to abide to our terms & conditions.
