2 bedroom, 2 stories townhouse, with a covered parking place and its own private entrance into house. The property is overlooking the swimming pool, open the gate and you are basically in the pool. Located next to king's avenue mall (biggest shopping mall in Cyprus), 5 minutes walk to Lighthouse beach where you can participate in water sports or boat trips. 10 minutes walk to the harbour. All the amenities including restaurants, shops, coffee shops, archaeological sites and much more are right on the doorstep. It’s an area which attracts the interest of millions of visitors every year, including holidaymakers and locals. The property is near bus stops which makes transportation readily available.

Linen: Bed linen and towels are provided for each week. However, we do ask you to bring your own beach towels. Linen is supplied for second week of 2 week stays.
Currency: Bring some Euros for airport transfers and basic provisions. There are plenty of banks and mini-supermarkets within a short walk.
Language: Greek is the native language but everyone in the tourist area speaks good English.
Medical Services: Details of the nearest pharmacy and hospital are contained in the information pack in the villa. Emergency treatment is free for tourists in Cyprus. There is a clinic attached to the complex, open 24 hrs a day.
