The apartment:
This beautiful apartment is located on the first floor of a building with an elevator that reaches the mezzanines and has capacity for up to 10 people.

The spacious living room, which also integrates the dining area, features beautiful natural light thanks to its three magnificent French-style balconies with an exterior view. It has two double sofa beds, a Smart TV, and several armchairs and decorative details that give it a modern and pleasant character for all our guests.
The apartment has three double bedrooms and three full bathrooms with shower, two of them en suite. The main bedroom has a double bed and the other two rooms have two single beds each. In the bedrooms, one enjoys great tranquillity and silence thanks to their location on the inner side of the property.
The kitchen is completely equipped with essential elements such as a fridge, oven, dishwasher and other appliances. It also has a large round dining table, perfect for enjoying at any time of the day.
This accommodation has WIFI connection, television, heating and ceiling fans in all rooms and air conditioning in the living room.

Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.
The check-in process involves a mandatory online registration for each guest, prior to access to the apartment. Please take into consideration that a late check-in from 21:00 to 02:00 entails a supplement of 50 EUR that must be paid in cash.
Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and carefully follow the instructions made available to you at all times. It will be essential to have a mobile device with call service. On the day of your check-in, you must contact our team 30 minutes before your arrival to coordinate key delivery.
