Located in the heart of the vibrant centre of Madrid, the Cibeles Luxe are the ideal option for those who want accommodation that provides comfort, style and exclusivity in all its spaces.
In the neighbourhood of Las Cortes - one of the most traditional and history-filled areas of the central district, known for its impressive architecture and a wide cultural and gastronomic offering - are located points of interest such as the Círculo de Bellas Artes, the Thyssen-Bornemisza National Museum, the ICO Museum of Art and Architecture Exhibitions, the famous Cibeles Fountain, the iconic Puerta de Alcalá or the Retiro Park.
Thanks to its excellent location, our guests can enjoy just minutes walking from some of the most emblematic and photographed places such as Puerta del Sol, the Royal Post Office, headquarters of the Madrid City Council and whose bells mark the beginning of the New Year in Spain or the famous sculpture of the Bear and the Strawberry Tree.
Moreover, it allows for an excellent connection with the rest of the city by public transport, highlighting the Metro stations of Banco de España and Sevilla and the many bus lines that depart from that area.
The apartment:
This modern and elegant flat with capacity to accommodate up to eleven guests, is located on the fourth floor of a completely renovated building with lift.
The spacious living room, furnished with an avant-garde style with different focal points such as a wide sofa, four modern armchairs and two design lamps, represents the perfect space to enjoy at any time of the day. The dining area, adjacent to the living room, has an elegant table with space for ten diners.
Both rooms have beautiful lighting throughout the day, thanks to their impressive windows that also function as entrance doors to a splendid terrace completely furnished with armchairs and a dining table for six people.
As an antechamber to the kitchen area, there is a living room with a smart TV and a double sofa bed, which invites relaxation thanks to its cosy atmosphere. For its part, the spacious independent kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances and an elegant wooden counter with six chairs to guarantee comfort and convenience for our guests.
This spectacular accommodation has five bedrooms: the main one has a stunning double bed with a canopy and a bathroom with a shower and bathtub en suite. Two other rooms have two comfortable single beds each.
The fourth bedroom consists of a spacious double bed, a pleasant reading area and private access to the bright terrace of the floor. For its part, the fifth room has a single bed and a private bathroom with a shower.
Likewise, the floor has three other full bathrooms: two of them with a shower and the third with a shower and bathtub.
All of this makes Cibeles Luxe Terrace the perfect accommodation thanks to its 350m2 framed by a modern, elegant and functional style.
The heating to air conditioning change in the apartment boiler will be carried out at the end of May, and in turn, the air conditioning to heating change will be carried out in November in accordance with the protocols established by the community.

We inform you that due to the City Council carrying out minor works on Madrazo street, it remains closed to traffic. These works do not cause annoying noise in the accommodation. The works will remain active until further notice, thank you for your understanding.
This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with article 3 of the Urban Leases Law (LAU). Tourist stays are not allowed.
The guest must prove the reason for their stay (for example, temporary transfer for work, studies, medical treatments, caring for a relative, etc.) and, in addition, will sign a seasonal lease agreement upon arrival.
Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.
The check-in process involves a mandatory online registration for each guest, prior to accessing the apartment. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.

Please note that, to access the apartment by private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the Municipal Traffic Directorate (DGT). Otherwise, you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. MIT House is not responsible for any municipal fine in this regard.
