Öster om Gulf Shores ligger det 45 minuters bilresa till Pensacola, Florida, där du kan besöka Naval Air Station (hem till Blue Angels), Naval Flight Museum och Pensacola Greyhound Dog Track. En timmes bilresa västerut tar dig till Mobile Bay där USS Alabama är dockad. Kasinon i Biloxi, Mississippi ligger en kort bilresa väster om Mobile.

Beautiful beach, low crowds, some sun days and some cloudy days but never a bad day on the beach. The condo and owners were great! We have been renting condos for years and this was tho first one we felt like we were staying with friends! Thank you again!

Couldn't be better!

We did not think #602 Tropic Isles could get any better after our previous stay two years ago. Now we realize that Jo & Don must spend lots of time considering improvements & then executing their plans! Think a few steps above perfect and you'll be close. The complex itself has been totally restored since the hurricane - NO workmen on the roof or hanging off the side of this building. The new patio doors & railings are especially impressive. We hope #602 will be part of our winter getaway for years to come.

Relaxing stay.

Wonderful Condo

Great condo with very good location. Condo has everything you need for a week on the beach. Beach chairs and umbrella is a great bonus. Very good communication by owner with quick responses to any questions.

Wonderful condo

Clean, well stocked condo in a great location. The hosts are wonderful and very helpful. The condo is perfect and really makes you feel like you’ve left the world behind and are on total island time. I stayed here while being 32 weeks pregnant and I was very concerned with staying away from home so far along in my pregnancy with small children in tow. I’m happy to share that it was a great decision to take a vacation and this condo had everything I needed to be just as comfortable as I would have been at home. My family can’t wait to come back.

Summer beach vacation

The condo was just as advertised and had everything we needed for a weeklong family vacation in gulf shores. Check in was easy and the location cannot be beat. Overlooks the beach and within walking distance of anything you might need during your vacation. Owners were very easy to work with. Tropic isles 602 will be the only place we rent for our return trips !

Great property, although it was a little inconvenient, it was good to see that maintenance and upkeep projects were being done to maintain the property. Awesome view from the balcony and owners were very attentive to our needs. We certainly will return to this property.

Great Vacation!

There is not enough space to write all we would like to write about this property. First - the owners are amazing people! We had a few hiccups with some renovations but Jo was with us every step of the way to make this a perfect vacation. The ease of getting into the condo is perfect! No messing with lock boxes or meeting people for a key! THE VIEW - oh my goodness it is beautiful. Having coffee on the balcony was the perfect way to start our day, followed by a walk on the beach. There are so many options for food and shopping within walking distance its a perfect location. If you want to cook, the kitchen has everything you need to make a nice breakfast or any other meal. Then there are grills by the pool too. Thanks to Jo and Don for sharing their getaway. I can tell you that we will be back

We have enjoyed coming to Gulf Shores, AL for many years. We are empty nesters but enjoy spending time with our family, especially our two new grandbabies. We hope you will enjoy "West Beach Hangout" and make many family memories.

Why choose this house?
Location, Location, Location - Walk to local restaurants and festivals (Hangout Festival, Shrimp Festival, Volleyball Tournament, etc). In the heart of Gulf Shores.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

New Construction, Great Location, Private Pool with Sun Deck and bubblers (great for little ones), and Walkable to many restaurants, festivals, and shopping.

The house is a new construction, a labor of love with coastal decor and amenties that was diy from the owners. For example: Daybed (twin) in the outdoor entertaining area was constructed out of an old family house door, great for lounging while watching football or reading a book. Stairs project, painted individual strips of wood to add color to the stairs as you are walking up, using left over paint. Painting over bed (3rd bedroom - Beach Vibes) was repurposed from an old painting by owner to match another painting in the room, Pinball machine was a nostalgic addition to bring out the kid in you.
