Havsborrar har en söt privat pool för varje sida, och bukten är direkt över vägen. Det finns inget som står mellan dig och vattnet förutom West Beach Blvd, och sedan kommer du hem igen för din egen privata dopp i poolen!

Sea Urchins ligger tvärs över 12th street offentliga tillgång till stranden så det finns inget hem mitt emot vårt hus och inget behov av att vandra genom privat egendom för att nå en strand
åtkomstpunkt! Det är nästan perfekt för människor som vill spara lite men vara nästan "precis på stranden"!

Varje sida av duplexen är en 5 sovrum och 5 bad enhet och kommer att sova 18-det är 18 på varje sida! Varje sida av havsborrarna har 1 K, enkelsäng och dubbelsäng, 1 Q, 1 K på övervåningen samt 1 K & Enkelsäng och 1 Queen SS nere. Varje enhet innehåller hela 3500 kvadratmeter boyta, är professionellt inredd, gör stor användning av kakel och kronformning, och innehåller bänkskivor i granitkök och mycket mer. Varje enhet har en master svit med bubbelpool.

Denna notering är för en sida av duplexen. Om du behöver en större plats, nå ut och jag kan se om båda sidorna är tillgängliga. Allt är x2! Jag äger också ett brett utbud av bostäder längs stranden, så om havsborre är inte precis precis vad du behöver, nå ut och jag kan hjälpa!

Elektronik finns i dessa hem: TV, kabel, dvd-spelare, internet, telefon med gratis hemmabio och stereos är några av de bekvämligheter som finns i dessa snygga, men bekväma enheter. Varje enhet har två våtstänger och två kylskåp. Om du inte har stannat kvar i ett fritidshus med dessa extras, hittar du ut vad du har saknat och vill aldrig stanna någonstans utan dem! Från barnens drycker till vuxna drycker till massor av kvarstående räkor, med extra utrymme är ett måste för de välskötta resenärerna.

På grund av hög efterfrågan under sommarsäsongen är enheterna endast tillgängliga för hela veckans vistelser: i slutändan förtjänar du inte en hel vecka av vila, avkoppling och roligt!

Great House and Location

We loved the house and everyone had plenty of room. The pool was wonderful and the beach access was right across the street. We will be definitely rent this house again.

Covid vacation

Property was excellent! Plenty of beds for everyone. Each room has its own bathroom. Takes about 30 seconds to get to the beach. We will definitely stay here again!

Our vacation home was perfect!

Our house was perfect for my family and friends! The Lay-out allowed everyone to have their own room and some space away from others when needed. Everything was in working order including the ice machines in both fridges which was something we have always had problems with in past homes. Check in and check out was a breeze. Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful House.

We absolutely loved the house and pool. So close to the beach as well. Management was great to work with. The only downside to the house was no grill. Other than that we all had a wonderful time and we loved sitting on the deck watching the ocean and feeling the breeze. The kitchen was well stocked as well. We rent a beach house every year and we would DEFINITELY rent this one again.

We loved this place! Well equipped, great location. Would stay here again and again! Place is much bigger than photos show. There are 5 bedrooms, all have access to a porch! 2 king rooms with attached bathrooms, 1 king room with single bunk bed, 1 queen room with single bunk bed, bunk room with 2 bunk beds. Well kept! Quiet, never heard neighbors, great parking. Just loved it!

Spring Break Getaway

Amazing!! We stayed for a week at sea urchins and had the best trip ever! The location was PERFECT. Just right across from the beach access and walking distance to multiple stores, ice cream, coffee shops and more. Had plenty of room to gather and all hangout in the living rooms. Overall the place was very clean and exactly what was shown online. Lots of parking, which was great for our multiple cars, seating around the pool, and the porches were an amazing place to sit and hangout. Great memories were made and we are sure to return to the place we made home for a week!

Never had more helpful management and owners!

We've never had a stay with more helpful management and owners. We went down while the owners were moving heaven and earth to make their units available after the hurricane. Everyone communicated with us throughout and even provided additional nights when we were under mandatory evacuation for the second hurricane. Owners are genuinely good people who are gracious to open up their properties and provide families the opportunities to make memories. The properties are phenomenal for beach access and amenities. Pools are great. Really cannot say enough good things or recommend more strongly.

Fabulous week at Sea Urchins

We had a FABULOUS vacation! We found the house nice and clean with everything in a very obvious place. We appreciated the 2 fridges with all the time we spend on the beach. There wasn't anything we wanted/needed that we didn't easily find in the home except storage containers. Silly thing to need, I realize, but that was something we would've loved to have. It would NEVER keep us from recommending your house. It is beautiful. Thanks so much for sharing your place with us.[😁😁😁 Thank you so much Ann! Nice private pool! So close to the beach!

Our family really enjoyed this place. We loved being right across the street from the beach (the street was busier than we expected). The kids loved the pool and it was so nice to have a private pool! Be mindful that the porches (which are so nice) run together with the other 1/2 of the house. We were lucky that the other side was vacant and are glad that we had the north side instead of the south as there is not a gate to keep little ones out of the pool area in the south unit. We found that out when our 1 year old granddaughter meandered over to that side. All in all, it was a great time. The bathroom for every bedroom was a wonderful feature that we will just HAVE to have for all future family vacations! A glass coffee carafe broke while washing and they had a replacement brought within hours! We would definitely stay here again!

Our first family vacation ever with all kids and grandkids. We had 8 adults and 5 kids with plenty of room including 4 vehicles. Going to the beach was easy as the house is literally right by the cross walk to the beach access. With little ones that was important. The owners provided timely communication preparing us for our trip. Gulf Shores was not on our radar as our plans changed due to unexpected construction on the home we were initially renting at cape San blas Florida. We will definitely come back again.

Such a great return trip

Excellent communication! I greatly appreciated all of the details provided from the host, and they went out of their way to reach out when we had to unexpectedly cancel. Fortunately we had purchased travel insurance, but again, the responsiveness was top notch. We will be looking to book with them again in the near future

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Sometimes you want to be RIGHT at the beach, but not pay for being right ON the beach. Sea Urchins is the perfect balance. It is located in the middle of West Beach Blvd. It is directly across West Beach from the beach -- check out the aerial and pool shots -- and it has a private pool for each side of the duplex. Yet... it is thousands less per week than an equivalent home right across the street. Have some of those too, if that's your preference, but if you want to save some dough while staying in a great place, Sea Urchins is a perfect fit!

Oh, and its only a couple blocks west of Waves Grocery, Ice Cream, Seafood, and the Beach House Kitchen and Cocktails. Easy for an evening stroll, or a midday ice cream or beverage run!
