Splendid Villa Pica offers all amenities, large common spaces and 5 bedrooms to accommodate up to 10 people. It is composed by a main house with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and a second unit with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms ( in the same building, but not internally connected)
You can dine outside, relax together with family and friends by the splendid private pool, and enjoy breathtaking views!
This villa is an excellent base for visiting the Cassibile Nature Reserve; the famous cities of Marzamemi, Modica and Noto; the beaches of Fontane Bianche; and beautiful Ragusa, Syracuse, and nearby Avola (just 10 km away).
At guestsâ disposal: 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms; private saltwater pool (9,7 x 3,7 meters; 1,5 meters deep); private garden; outdoor space furnished with table and chairs for al fresco dining; Wifi internet; air conditioning; parking.
