Heaven's Hideaway at Shenandoah River

Nyligen byggd (färdig i augusti 2017) är denna flodåtkomststuga byggd för par eller små familjer. Heaven's Hideaway designades för att vara öppen och rymlig samtidigt som den känns varm och personlig. Titta bara på bilderna så blir du direkt kopplad!

På utsidan finns tillgång till floden - du kan höra vattnet från stugan! - med gott om utrymme för att koppla av eller utforska naturen. Det finns också ett vackert rymligt däck med en ny, modern badtunna, en gasgrill och gott om vardagsrum. Sittområdet på däck har en eldstad för extra värme. För många skadedjur på natten? Det finns också en stor avskärmad veranda där du kan smutta på vin och prata i timmar.

På insidan är Heaven's Hideaway fyllda till slut med varma rustika inslag i varje rum. Det fullständiga köket (inklusive diskmaskin) har moderna apparater, ett förklädesfat, vackra färger och en ö för extra diskbänk. Sittområdet är stort och rymligt. Sovrummen, loftet, badrummet - du kommer att älska alla rum! Regnig dag? Vi har ett spelrum med massor av brädspel! Sitt vid bildfönstren med lite kaffe och en bok.

OBS: Det finns wi-fi här, men på grund av landsbygden är signalen inte stark eller mycket pålitlig.

Wonderful Cabin in the Shenandoah Valley

The cabin was clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. It offered lots of amenities, all of which were in working order. I would definitely recommend it for a weekend getaway!

Was a nice get away spot for our short 3 night vacation.

Place was clean and organized. Nice location. We really liked the back porch for watching the sun come up while drinking our coffee. We enjoyed using the propane grill and fire pit that are located on the deck. The hot tub was clean, and worked great, an awesome evening activity. Short 5 minute walk to the river with beautiful views. Would easily come back again. Heating and air conditioning work nicely, as it was warm during the day's and cold at night. We have no complaints.

Cozy Cabin

The cabin was beautifully decorated, clean, and very comfortable. I was impressed with the quick responses from the owners with the questions I asked throughout my stay. The hot tub and firepit were key to enjoying a nice getaway and both were enjoyable amenities. The kitchen had the necessary items to make nice meals and the bedroom was very comfortable. The view from the screened in porch and open porch provided the privacy we were looking for during out stay. Thank you to the wonderful host.

Anniversary trip

My husband and I stayed at Heavens Hideaway and had such a nice relaxing time. Cabin was very clean and had everything you could need! The hot tub was exactly what was needed after hiking the Kennedy peak trail. Thank you for sharing your cabin with us! We loved it.

Heaven's Hideaway- a perfect getaway on the Shenandoah River!

The property was beautiful and the attention to detail was amazing. It made my wife and I want to build our own cabin based on this one. The location was serene but very close to some nice attractions in the area. My wife did get frightened by an animal when she went to grab something from the car. She couldn't identify what it was in the dark but do a bit of research on the local wildlife so that you aren't surprised like she was. Definitely would stay again.

A great stay in the Shenandoah valley

The cottage was very neat and had all the amenities that were advertised. We enjoyed the close access to Shenandoah National Park and made several trips there for hiking and sight seeing. At the cottage we enjoyed the hot tub, the fire pit, and the gas grill. An unanticipated activity was a canoe trip on the Shenandoah river. The Shenandoah River Runners are only a mile down the road, and we really enjoyed a couple of hours canoeing on the river.

Weekend get away

We had a wonderful stay at the cabin for a long weekend. It was clean, cozy and well-equipped. We loved the privacy of the outdoor areas with the porch and the hot tub & fire place areas great for relaxing. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Nice getaway

Lovely home in the woods. Has a nice remote feel without being too far from town to run back for a pizza or whatever. Gas fireplace was lovely on chilly nights and everything was clean and working well.

We stayed for 2 nights and had a great experience. Cabin was very cute, clean, and comfortable. Check in was easy, and everything was in working order. One of my favorite things was sitting outside drinking coffee in the morning listening to and watching all the birds. Very peaceful! Would definitely stay again!

Perfection

This little cabin was absolutely perfect for me. Everything was exactly as pictured, and it was mostly quiet, though there were trucks from nearby construction going back and forth sometimes. The cabin itself is lovely, and overall, had a lovely stay. Would love to come back.

Quick Getaway

This is a well-kept, clean and quite getaway location. It was perfect for a couple's quick escape from the daily grind. It was perfect for the two of us and presented a very welcoming and comfortable living environment. It has a great balance that makes you feel comfortable using the amenities and simply feeling at home. Relaxing and watching a sunrise/sunset from the hot tub is simply icing on the cake. April was perhaps an idea time to visit as the foliage was not fully out it provided a beautiful view of the mountains and river. Close to local attractions.

Relaxing Family Getaway

Heaven’s Hideaway was exactly what we were looking for! My family spent a few days exploring Shenandoah and the surrounding areas. Even though the weather didn’t cooperate, it was okay because we were able to spend extra time listening to the rain hit the tin roof on the back screened in porch while the kids were playing in the upstairs loft full of games and comfy chairs. We couldn’t have asked for better communication from the owners. The hot tub at night under a sky full of stars was the exclamation point. All of this was five stars…and this doesn’t even include the proximity to all of the attractions Shenandoah has to offer!
