4 bedroom / 2 bathroom apartment spread over two floors with air conditioning and super fast fibre optic Wi-Fi in the heart of Marylebone, seconds from Oxford Street.

Entire apartment, not shared with anyone else.

This duplex apartment can accommodate up to 9 people. The three main bedrooms each have a king size bed which can sleep 2 people each. They can also be split into two single beds upon request in advance.

The fourth smaller bedroom has a single a single bed to sleep 1 person.

In the dining/living room, there is a sofa bed which can be made up upon request and sleep an additional 1-2 people.

Please confirm how you would like all the beds set up prior to arrival.

The apartment is split over the second and third floor, please note there is no lift in the building.

Note that there are new flat screen smart TVs in the two main bedrooms and living room.

Cleaning is not provided during the stay, but can be organised at an extra cost. 1 set of towels and linen per person is provided free of charge.

Everything was easy with this stay; the host was very communicative and accommodating. Highly recommend, especially for plenty of space for a family stay!

Great place in central London

Flat was lovely and in a great area. Stairs are the only challenge; however, if you are up for them, this is a clean, cool, close to everything kind of place. We really enjoyed it with our family of 9.

The best thing about this stay was definitely the location. It is in a very central place and close to the tube. The downside is that it was not clean. The microwave smelled so bad we couldn’t even open it. The stove top, the oven,, the dishes, they were all dirty. The furniture had so many stains on it that we put a towel down just to sit on it. The entire flat completely needs updating. The carpeting is just old and dirty. Everyone actually had dirty feet/socks just from walking around the flat. I will say the beds were clean enough and the bathroom was decent. It should be noted that there is not a good social area if you have a group. There was no place to sit down and eat a meal or play cards.

Great location but definitely not luxury

I am writing the review based on expectations from listing and price. First, the two good things about the apartment are the AC units (mini splits) and the location. I will list some disappointments but general overview is that this flat under delivers and is overpriced. 1. Cleanliness. Used tampon in trash. Previous guests clothes left. Mold in closet. Drapes have so many stains 2. Flat is listed as non smoking but the entire building smells terrible of cigarette smokes which permeates the flat. If you have any sensitivity to smoke do not stay here. Several nights also had STRONG smell of marijuana. The owner said that other tenant (probably long term) needed medinal CBD and he has been asked to smoke outside but other than that he has no power to change smoking habits that stink up the place.3. Washer/dryer was broken the entire week we were there. It was replaced on the last day before we had a chance to use it. Owner was not useful in helping us find a solution to the problem and went radio silent when asking for a discount. 4. Not sure where luxury description comes from. Furnishings are in bad disrepair. On par with a knights inn or motel 8. 5. The listing is through a local small hotel. When contacting the hotel to help resolve some issues, they knew of the listing but said there is nothing they can do but refer me to the VRBO inbox. Don't expect any extra service or amenities from the hotel that is about 0.5 miles away.
