Denna byggnad är en duplex i hjärtat av Bryn Mawr. Med fullt möblerade, bekväma, mysiga lägenheter med vackra trägolv. Denna enhet är en två sovrums svit med queen size-sängar och en queen size-soffa i vardagsrummet. Ett fullt utrustat kök gör det till bra speciella tillfällen middagar i matsalen eller på den privata balkongen - perfekt för att titta på solnedgången! Alla sängkläder ingår. Det ingår också gratis parkering i gatan, delade tvättmöjligheter i duplexens källare, WiFi och kabel-TV. Denna fastighet och de andra två enheterna är en utmärkt plats för flera familjer för bröllop, återföreningar och examen, liksom turister som kommer att utforska Bryn Mawr eller Philadelphia. Vår inhägnad gård omgiven av trädgårdar är en utmärkt plats att njuta av en kvällscocktail ute eller för barn att leka. Barn under 4 år bor gratis. Långsiktiga och företagsräntor är tillgängliga. Förbeställda måltider eller personliga kocktjänster finns tillgängliga om så önskas. Spa-tjänster finns också med avancerad bokning.

Dessa är privata lägenheter. Våra gäster har privata ingångar, balkonger, en gratis parkeringsplats och tillgång till en inhägnad gård, vilket gör det särskilt bra för familjer med småbarn. Som redan nämnts är vi ett kvarter från Bryn Mawr tågstation. Septas R5-tåg ger enkel åtkomst till Center City Philadelphia och Philadelphia (PHL) flygplatsen. Du kan komma till Bryn Mawr genom att ta Amtrak tåg service till 30th St. Station och sedan Septa R5 tåg till Bryn Mawr. Från PHL flygplatsen, ta pendeltåg till 30th St. Station och sedan R5 tåget till Bryn Mawr. Vi erbjuder gratis hämtningar från Bryn Mawr tågstation - bara meddela oss förut! Pick up är tillgänglig från PHL flygplatsen för en nominell avgift. Var god fri att köra din egen bil eller hyra en och parkera på vår gratis parkeringsplats. Location was perfect for us. Only 3 stars because of very loud older window air conditioning units , shower took about 8 minutes to warm up and where we were told to park was under a tree that dropped sap continually on my car.

Medical appointment at Penn Medicine

We arrived on Friday staying for a long weekend. There was a bit of confusion about our arrival but Ann Marie responded immediately to a call and sorted things out. She had lots of advice re restaurants in the area and even walked us to the train station. It was super convenient to the regional train line so it was easy to get downtown and to the historic sites. The suite was comfortable and well supplied. We would definitely stay here again.

Memorial weekend stay.

This was an excellent choice for our family stay. Not only was it spacious and well stocked, but there was plenty of room to have family in the area to come over for dinner. The host was available and very helpful in all ways. Close to food, transportation including 5 minute walk to the train into Philly and other Main Line Cities. Host was very helpful and available, but not intrusive. Would stay here again.

A comfortable home

The home was extremely clean with a well stocked kitchen. The beds were very comfortable . The bathroom had everything that we needed for a comfortable stay including towels and washcloths . The location was wonderful. We were able to walk to shops , restaurants and even a lovely movie theater .

Perfect location and had everything we needed! Very comfortable.

Loved the location of the property. Close to everything and easy to get everywhere I needed to be. Lots of privacy in a super cute neighborhood. The apartment had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Owner was extremely accommodating and easy to get in touch with. I will definitely be staying here again.

Very nice apartment one block off of the main downtown area in Bryn Mawr. Kitchen is very nicely equipped and the house is very cozy. Property owner lives nearby and is very helpful!

Quiet spot in Bryn Mawr*

*Well, quiet as long as the occasional commuter train passing near the house doesn't bother you, which in our case it definitely didn't. The apartment was very clean and the bedrooms spacious. The kitchen was small, not made for more than two (if one is doing dishes & the other cooking). But, it was more than sufficient for our needs. Within walking distance of the main street in Bryn Mawr, near the college (& not far from Villanova, Rosemont & Harcum as well). The purpose of the trip was to check out areas where I may retire to in a few years. So it was well-suited for trips to northern DE as well. Ann Marie, the owner of the home, was very nice & even offered a ride when my car unexpectedly broke down. (We were back on the road in a day.) She was nice enough to mail back a pair of my friend's favorite alpaca socks when he left them behind. Would definitely stay here again.

Recommend without reservation

Clean apartment, firm mattresses and clean linens, good hot showers, very convenient for anything on the Main Line. A pleasant secluded table in the shade and a very friendly cat to give us tips about the neighborhood. Some have mentioned the train; it passed by during the day and presumably during the night, but our sleep was never disturbed.

Convenient location in Bryn Mawr

The property is in a nice neighborhood and was well stocked with coffee and tea. The suite is in a former boarding house, and and is a bit dated, but very adequate for our weekend wedding needs. Thank you!

The apartment was very clean, bright and in a wonderful location! Management was attentive and extremely helpful! I will be booking stays there for all of my out of town guests in the future. Lots of space! Great location!

This was a great experience for my team working on for a short time at Villanova. The space was awesome. The location was safe, so easy to get around, and was just an overall great place for my team. Check-in and Check-out was so easy. We will definitely book again for future stays when we are working with Villanova or any of our local projects.

Perfect place to be close to my Havertown family

Came East to be with my family for Christmas, but my brother's house doesn't have room for all of us, so we wanted to be close by. This location was a short, easy drive away. I'd have loved to explore Bryn Mawr a bit more, but everything was closed for Christmas anyway, so it was just a perfect landing spot. The house isn't fancy, but we had everything we needed, and it was clean and tidy. Ann Marie was a quick-thinker with a last-minute switch from Suite A to Suite B while the heating in Suite A was repaired - on Dec. 23! We're very grateful.

GreatLocation for VN move in

We were in town to move our daughter into her dorm. This was a perfect location to get things organized and up to campus quick and easy. It had all the basic needs for a successful move in. Walking distance to coffee/bagel shop, other eateries and a drug store for last minute items . We appreciated the easy on site parking and use of washer and dryer.

Just what we needed!

We were in the area for a family gathering and this dpot was just what we needed for our family. We did not have time to use the kitchen and living room area but seemed very adequate. If in the area again we would certainly return!

Excellent location for access to the local universities. Older home with casual furnishings and decor, but very comfortable and welcoming. Air conditioning would have been nice, but fans were available.

Varför värden valde detta boende

The translation of “Bryn Mawr” from Welsh means large hill. We’re set between Schuylkill and Delaware Valley. It is now a thriving suburb of Philadelphia yet has the feeling of a small village. We are convenient, cozy, and at the center of Bryn Mawr! Perfect for visiting parents of college students.

Originally known as Penn’s Woods,the area is located due West of Philadelphia. In the 1800’s, a rail-road know as the Main Line was built for wealthy Philadelphians to travel to their country homes. Built by Welsh and Celtic railroad builders, the station names they introduced are still used today.

The proprietor, Ann Marie Woods’, Grandparents left a small Village in Donegal, Ireland looking for a better life in America. They settled in Bryn Mawr in 1920. The building housing the Guest Suites was built the same year and reflects the simple and quaint quality of life of those times. The aim is to carry on the tradition of a cozy and comfortable Irish Guest House.
