Centrally located to enjoy everything the city has to offer!
The kitchen is equipped, with a cooking plate, oven, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, and other utilities for your usage.
There is a living area with a sofa and a flat-screen TV where you can relax after a day in the city.
There is also a nice balcony for your usage.
The bedrooms come with comfy beds with hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.
The bathroom is equipped with all you need for your stay.
Free WiFi is available in all areas of the apartment.
Towels and bed linen are provided for your stay.
Service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for your convenience.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.
Once a thriving port on the Tagus River, the AlcĂąntara neighborhood has become a busy nightlife hub. Trendy crowds converge on the waterfront eateries and clubs in the converted warehouses of Santo Amaro Docks, near the 25 de Abril Bridge. Nearby, funky bars, boutiques, and art spaces occupy the vast LxFactory space. The Orient Museum shows Asian and Portuguese art, and vintage trams can be seen at the Carris Museum.
Many places in Lisbon are easily accessible on foot, but if you prefer public transportation:
- There are multiple bus/Tram stops that service the area.
- The nearest train stop: AlcĂąntara Mar: (15 min walking)
- Francisco SĂĄ Carneiro Airport is 25 mins drive from the flat.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a âŹ200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80⏠included.
Extra keys: 20⏠(extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay)
Extra cleaning with linen: price of a cleaning fee
Extra Clothing: 30⏠(Towels and sheets for 2pax i.e when sofa bed is not included)
