Charmig byggnad, är relativt ny (jämfört med området) är från 2010, är bara 4 enheter utvecklaren behålla stilen i den gamla Lissabonarkitekturen. Ett sovrum men har en stor bostadsyta, trevligt nytt kök välutrustat, badrum med badkar och en bide.
Alla rum har dörrar till balkongerna (2 balkonger) båda har fantastisk utsikt över floden, en ser du solen stiga och den andra solnedgången, mycket bekväm säng, stor soffa, WIFI, internet och TV med mycket internationella chanels .
Grannskapet är ett mycket typiskt Lissabon-kvarter är ett historiskt område, du kan fortfarande hitta de gamla butikerna, det finns restauranger, små stormarknader och många kaféer, det finns en croissanterie 2 gator nedan som har fantastiskt bröd.
Läget för apt är på en väg, inte mycket bilar, väldigt tyst, sovrummet är på baksidan och det finns ingen gata där, bara bakåt, du hör fåglarna.
Det finns mycket bra kollektivtrafik på parallellgatan, som kan ta dig var som helst om du inte känner för att gå.
Om du kom med bil eller om du har hyrt en bil kan du parkera utanför på gatan gratis.

Mysig och ren lägenhet.

Mycket trevlig hyresvärd. Läget är en bit ifrån centrum men det går att ta sig in till fots. Oslagbar frukostutsikt från balkongerna! Går även bra att sitta där under dagen och eftermiddagen. Ren och fin lägenhet med det mesta man behöver i köket. Rekommenderar starkt denna lägenhet om man har tänkt att spendera lite tid hemma i lägenheten.

We loved the flat and the neighbourhood and Lisboa

Friendly flat, situated just outside the most touristic areas. Many things in walking distance or convenient bus just at the ens of the street. Lots of usefull information on things to see and restaurants. We tried a few and were not disapointed! The flat was clean, had everything we needed. Had breakfast on one of the two balconies every morning , also dinner a few evenings.

Fin lägenhet i lugn miljö

Lägenheten är fräsch och modern. Det blir bekvämt att laga mat och tvätta när det finns både diskmaskin,tvättmaskin och fullt utrustat kök. Att sitta på balkongen på morgonen och se ut över floden ger en bra start på dagen. Man ser också ut över den omgivande miljön med vanliga invånare och man får en liten känsla av hur det kan vara att vara Lissabonbo i detta lugna kvarter.

Excellent Apartment in Old Lisbon City

The apartment was a great place for us to stay while visiting Lisbon. We were able to find all the places we wanted to see from there. Many places we were able to walk to since we are use to walking. The apartment is very cozy and nice. It has an excellent view of the Tagus River from the balcony. Definitely recommend this apartment.

Visit to Lisbon

We enjoyed this rental so much, a treat to come "home" at the end of a day of exploring. We walked a lot but public transportation is not difficult either and we did use the subway. Susana left good directions for transportation and local things to do. We had a rental car and managed to find street parking. So clean and easy to relax here!

Beautiful and homey!

We stayed 4 nights. We loved the apartment, it was very comfortable and welcoming. The balconies in front and back were great. Kitchen had everything we needed. Susana’s recommendation on bus and restaurants were helpful.

Perfect location

I highly recommend this accommodation unless you cannot do stairs. We walked to town centre and took bus back to apartment. Taxi or Uber from airport and/ or train stations are reasonable.

Nice views,

Nice property,clean.Could use a casserole dish but then we like to cook at our rental.Otherwise pretty well stocked.A little more toilet paper and some paper towel ,achange of sheets and towels for longer stays would be nice.Like this location away from busy tourist area but be aware if not in good shape several hills to climb to get back if walking.

There were problems with our stay. 1. The codes to enter the property were inaccurate 2. Communication with the owner was difficult. 3. The apartment was cold and had inadequate heating for the the time of year. 4. There were no extra blankets to mitigate the cold. Overall, the apartment was nice, it was very clean and located in a pleasant neighborhood. Comfy bed.

Amazing and cozy!

My fiancé and I stayed here for a week and loved it! The bed was perfectly cozy and Ubers to anywhere were cheap, plus walking distance from a bunch of cafes and markets. Host was super responsive and a pleasure to speak to!

real Lisboa

This was a true Portuguese experience. The apartment is in a typical Lisbon neighborhood with little cafes and mini markets everywhere. Only minutes to walk to Alfalma or short Uber rides to anywhere in town. Susana, the owner of the apartment was extremely helpful and had information on everything to do in Lisbon. If you are a do it on your own type of traveler, this is perfect.

Tolle Unterkunft 👍

Wir hatten 2 tolle Wochen in Lissabon 😊 Wir haben die super ausgestattet Fewo ausgiebig genossen, da das Wetter leider sehr wechselhaft war. Alles da was man braucht und mehr (Föhn, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Nespressomaschine, … ). Moderne Möblierung. Ruhige Lage und doch nicht weit vom Stadtkern entfernt. Die Haltestelle vom Bus nur eine Querstraße weiter, Fahrt ohne umsteigen bis ins Zentrum. Problemloses fahren mit den Öffies dank aufladbarer Chipkarte die für alles gilt. Auch Essen und einkaufen fußläufig zu erreichen. Vielen Dank an Susana, dass auch die organisatorischen Angelegenheiten wie die Schlüssel Übergabe so problemlos geklappt haben. Auch bei Fragen waren wir in gutem Kontakt 👍 Wir empfehlen diese schöne Fewo und Lissabon auf jeden Fall weiter 😊

Great apartment in quiet neighbourhood of Lisbon

Ideal apartment for a couple in a quiet neighbourhood outside of Alfama district. Good sized rooms with all the amenities you'll need for a short stay. There are some good dining options within a short walk along with nearby corner stores for buying basic groceries. A 10-15 min walk gets you to the Graca neighbourhood where there are many more bar, restaurant and grocery store options. The apartment is one block away from a bus stop. Susana (the host) provided us with extensive notes on her recommendations for things to do and local restaurants, which was very helpful. Note that this is a very hilly section of Lisbon so taking a taxi home after a long day of walking in Lisbon is highly recommended.

Un appartement avec tout le confort , au calme tout en étant proche du centre ville . Les deux balcons étaient très agréables avec leur vue sur le Tage . Nous y avons passé un séjour très agréable .

Lovely apartment with amazing views

We were delighted with the apartment which is in a quiet neighbourhood just outside the Alfama district of the city. The nearby bus route linked well with the Metro so travel to other parts of Lisbon was accessible and easy. One thing we liked best was eating on the rear balcony in the evening with the sunset and a slight breeze. We also loved the beer, pastries and bread from one of the nearby cafés. We would definitely recommend this apartment and would use it again if we returned to Lisbon.

I'm Portuguese my husband is American (Cuban family) we live in Miami most of the time. We love Lisbon, we go there at least 3 times a year, we needed to buy an apt there, so for a year we rented apts all over the city to see where we liked the most, and now after more then a year we finally we got this one, we love it, is so cosy, it is in the center of Lisbon but not in the middle of all the traffic and noise 3/5 Euros cab ride or Uber to all the major attractions, but there is public transportation, you can also walk, the only problem in Lisbon is the hills, up and down. The neighborhood is still very typical, old Lisbon, and we have everything around, there is a few convenience stores around that sells a bit of everything (wine, coffee, fruits..etc) open until 11 pm. We have a lady that takes care of the apt. cleans, etc, she lives on the same street, she helps a lot us and our guests.
Is like being in a Hotel with a big space and with your own Kitchen....
