Lovely Place for a Retreat

Thank you for sharing your beautiful home. The open kitchen — with plenty of cooking essentials! — and great room are perfect for a gathering. Comfortable bedrooms, relaxing wraparound deck, gorgeous setting, riverwalk trails nearby. Loved it all.

Great Thanksgiving

Rooms were spacious. Location was excellent, ~15 mins from snow play area and less mins to downtown. Everything we needed for a Thanksgiving meal was there. Didn’t check out the pool area because it was winter but we could walk to the river in 5 minutes. So much to do, we would love to come back and stay longer.

Excellent House

This was the perfect house for our after Christmas vacation with our adult children and their spouses. The location, within easy drive to Mt Bachelor, was perfect for our ski days. It’s also close to many good restaurants. The house itself is perfect with a large kitchen/family area with fireplace. The house is across the street from the pool and community center. The kitchen is very well equipped. It was short of wine glasses but I mentioned it to the property manager and we had new glasses within hours. The property manager kept in touch to see if we had any questions or issues before and during our stay. They are stellar and we hope to rent from them again.

Perfect Spot for Mt. Bachelor

Great house very close to Mt. Bachelor. Very well appointed kitchen, did lots of cooking and had everything I needed. Comfortable beds and plenty of seating. Would definitely stay again!

Quiet stay in Bend with family

This was a lovely space for our family to regroup and rest during a sad time. The house was clean and walks along nearby Deschutes River trail were peaceful. Would love to come back at a happier time.

Beautiful Property, Perfect Place for a Weekend Getaway!

Absolutely loved the house. House was fully stocked, beds were comfortable, and neighborhood and surroundings were quiet and beautiful. Loved it, will definitely come back again!

Spacious and comfortable

Property was perfect for our family getaway. Well-stocked — greatly appreciate the spices, oils, paper goods — and clean. Plenty of room for us to hang out on the porch or inside in the family room. Thx for a great stay!

better than a hotel

This place was amazing! We needed a place to stay on short notice (for a memorial service). The place was immaculate. Only drawback was the garage remote didn't work very well, you had to be directly at the door and hold it for at least 5 seconds before it would work. Would love to use this place again. Big kitchen enough to have guests for a dinner.

Great time at River Bend

We had a great experience and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Loved the location and the overall process of booking, check-in an out was simple. Only very small criticism was that the sound system wasn’t working. We had a great time and would love to revisit the property again.

Perfect!

Perfect home for our extended family

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely house. It accommodated our extended family very well. The common areas and bedrooms were very comfortable. The kitchen was pretty well equipped, a few more serving bowls in various sizes would have been helpful. Nice location near the pool and river path. We had a great stay!

Family gathering

With not knowing the area at all and coming to attend a wedding we picked the perfect spot. This home had everything we needed for our family of 7. We felt right at home. Close to the pool was a us for us. The home was very clean and spacious. Would highly recommend

Absolutely wonderful

This house was spectacular. Great amenities, comfortable, we loved the extra blankets for watching movies on the couch, streaming apps available on the tv, plenty of bathroom and overall space for 5 adults and 2 kids. Loved the short walking distance to the pool as well as to the Deschutes River trail. Also short driving distance to everything we wanted to in town as well as the nearby lakes. Thank you!

Nice home

We had a great time!! Clean and spacious. Only complaint or advice is that since this is a vacation rental it would be great if a couple of sleds were provided for the winter months. We had to buy them and don’t live in snow. Jennifer

Family & cycling

This is the second time we stayed and enjoyed it just like the first. Nice to have air conditioning for the daytime and all of the windows to open up for the evening. Enjoyed eating outside on the large porch. Would like to have a few more items in the kitchen for cooking(oven mitts, towels, fresh spices & placemats to protect the tables and bar). Will definitely return.
