Njut av majestätiska soluppgångar på morgnarna medan du dricker en kopp nybryggt kaffe. På en klar dag se väderförhållandena på Mt. Ungkarl direkt från övre däck. Efter en livlig dag i backarna eller stigarna, samla med vänner vid spisen i vardagsrummet.

Golden Butte är ett fritidshus med fyra sovrum, två och ett halvt badrum som sover 8 bekvämt. Bend, Oregon gör detta hem till en utmärkt plats för din nästa semester. Gå in på skiffergolv med fullt utrustat kök och vardagsrum med öppen spis som mitt i huset.

På andra våningen i hemmet, den stora master-sviten med en king size-säng, stor klädkammare, det stora badrummet, kaklat badrum med dubbla handfat, duschkabin med glas, badkar med sjunker med två stora bild änkor för en avkopplande utsikt och en vattenskåp. Det andra sovrummet på golvet är ett stort barnrum med två enkelsängar. Det finns ett mediarum för din underhållning. Den stora linda runt soffan och platt skärm på väggen gör att du vill titta på filmer för alltid.

På tredje våningen finns två drottningsgästsviter med "shabby chic" nödställd inredning och fantastisk utsikt. Det finns ett delat badrum mellan sovrummen. Även på 3: e våningen finns ett fotbollsbord för din kul. Skicka barnen ner för en rolig omgång Foosball medan du sitter på övervåningen och njuter av utsikten.

Det fullt utrustade köket har apparater i rostfritt stål med en fyrbrännare, en frukostbar med granitplattor och sittplatser för två. Hemmet har också formella sittplatser för sex på skiffergolv. Vardagsrummet har en gasspis, bekväm soffa, två stolar och en stor LCD-TV med en blå ray-DVD-spelare och högupplöst kabeltjänst. Vi tillåter husdjur på husdjursvänliga hem endast med förhandsgodkännande och en avgift på $ 15 / natt / husdjur. Husdjur är inte tillåtna på sängkläder eller möbler och får aldrig lämnas hemma ensamma om de inte är lådor / leksaker.

No better place to stay in Bend

Very accurate description of house. Best equipped rental we have stayed in. Perfect for 5 adults plus our dog. Views from everywhere.

Love Bend!

Nice house, great kitchen but lots of stairs! Not a problem for us but anyone with mobility issues needs to know that the bedrooms are all down a steep flight of stairs. Great location and eastern view. Highly recommend this house.

Great stay!

Great house. Stayed here with another family and everyone agreed the house was a win. Very kid friendly, clean, neat layout for two families (be prepared to climb stairs), kitchen was well stocked (thanks for the tupperware) but the best by far was the view of Bend. House is in a residential neighborhood so don't expect to walk to anything (although there is a small playground nearby). Only feedback for improvement is that both the doors leading into the master bedroom and the master bed were suuuuppppeeerrr squeaky- wd40 please! Oh, and I love foosball but the table here could use some R&R.

Beautiful home. So clean. Super nice setup to have group meals and hang out. Gorgeous views! Quite neighborhood but close to all the activities! Lots of stairs and steep driveway entrance.

the TV's in the living space and the media room didn't work for general tv. The light over the toilet in the main bathroom was out. But the view were beautiful. The house was perfectly located for our needs. Plenty of room and comfort with many details accounted for.

Fly Fishing Adventure 18

We used the home as a base camp for our 18th Annual Fly Fishing Adventure in Central Oregon. Our cooks were amazed at how well stocked the kitchen was with equipment to prepare our meals. It was a place centrally located for all the rivers we enjoy fishing.

Perfect

Great place to host a work retreat!

My coworkers and I loved this place and would definitely stay here again. Enough space to spread out and get work done. We loved the location and being able to walk in the mornings to get coffee/breakfast. Thank you!

Comfortable and relaxing

Stayed at this home with two families of four. There was plenty of space for all to be comfortable. View over the town was spectacular, and lots of time was spent lounging on the upper balcony.

Fantastic view, spacious, close to everything

This property was exactly what our double-family vacation needed! We grilled on the deck, played games in the open, spacious main room, and used the place as a jumping-off point for biking, rafting, and eating in town. The house was open and easily absorbed our family ranging in age from 3-53. Our only disappointment was that the gas stove was underpowered - it took us about an hour to cook bacon and :20 to heat up a small pot of water. All of the bedrooms are located one or two stories below the main floor so it could be difficult for older folks or those with mobility issues.

Amazing house!!

This house has it all! It’s dreamy. We had a blast. It has loads of space, unbelievable views, and great neighborhood. Everything is well thought out in this place. Owners know how to host. We are grateful we got to stay there. Will definitely be back

Comfortable Home with a Great View

Beautiful home with wonderful views. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds. The only negative was the master bath did not have a door or shades on the very large, east facing window. With the sky getting bright at around 5am in June, the master bedroom was really lit up which can be a problem for "light sensitive" people.

Great family stay

This was a great stay. Check in was easy, check out was also great. Primary and bedroom with twins are on middle floor. Two Queen bedrooms are on the bottom floor. Bottom bedroom could use blinds over bed, got quite bright early. Also note, on middle floor, there’s only the primary bathroom. So anyone in the other bedroom has to share. Kitchen is really well appointed - tools, spices, and plastic baggies. All the little touches that are much appreciated! Great stay and would stay again.

Huge with great views.

This was a lovely, four bedroom home with exceptional views. It was close to downtown Bend and a short 25 miles to Mt. Bachelor. Check in and check out was super easy. The home was very clean and well appointed.

A Great Stay in Bend

We come to Bend a few times a year, and like to rent homes so we can cook for ourselves and have get togethers with other friends who are in town, so we are pretty fair in our judgements of homes I think. At first glance, Golden Butte might seem a little off the beaten path, but Bend is very walkable (and bike-able), and the house is less than a mile and a half from most of the west-side attractions we like (The Lot, Ten Barrel, Brother Jon's, etc). It is only a few minutes drive from the Old Mill area, where we really enjoy Spoken Moto, Immersion, Crux, and the Brown Owl. Anyways, back to the house: It was very clean, the kitchen was well-appointed, there was a spare propane tank for the BBQ, and lots of spare paper goods, lots of towels in the bathrooms, etc. It shows that the owners want to make sure you have everything you need. The one thing I would have liked to see is dressers in the bedrooms. Like most people, we typically come to Bend for several days and nights (we were there five nights), and it would be nice not to have to live out of your suitcase. Finally, this isn't a complaint, just a heads-up. This is a three-level home. The living area is on the top level, the master and a second bedroom are on the lower level, and the last two bedrooms are on the lowest level. If you have people in your group who cannot do stairs, this wouldn't be the house for you. All in all, we really enjoyed the house, the views from the deck, and the location. We would definitely stay again.

Excellent property, lots of space and A/C which proved to be super important during the heat wave. Very nice location, high up on a hill with great views and close to the Deschutes river/trail. Very well appointed. Will definitely recommend to friends/family. Will also recommend Arrived management for an amazing job helping us move from another property to the Golden Butte on short notice.

Graduation family reunion

Came to Bend for an extended weekend. Family hasn't seen each other in a while so this was the perfect place to meet. Location was perfect. Views were outstanding! House layout was nice. Just a little FYI that the multiple bedrooms are down 1 and 2 levels. The bathroom on the lower Is accessed by going through the master bedroom and no door separating the shower from the bedroom. That was a little inconvenient. The 2 Queen beds were located on the 2nd lower level. This was a little tricky because we had to have 2 70 + year old women stay in those rooms. Had a minor issue with plumbing and the company was willing to come right away and very nice about it. The house was clean upon arrival. Only issue was that there was definitely a dog there at some point and the hair was still present. Some of us with allergies could feel it. Overall, I would definitely stay here again. Worth The Visit!
