Summary:
Our spacious and modern two-bedroom apartment offers a captivating view of the River Mersey and iconic Liverpool Waterfront Docks. Fully-furnished with two bathrooms and open-plan living and kitchen area, our apartment has all the essentials and more - your home away from home!

You couldn't ask for a better location in the city centre - you're a short stroll away from the Pier Head, Echo Arena, and the Albert Dock consisting of beautiful restaurants and wonderful nightlife, sights, and people!

The Space:
Boasting lovely views of the Liverpool Docks, there is no better place to unwind after a busy day exploring the city. Step out into our spacious balcony to watch the beautiful sunset, enjoying pre-dinner aperitifs or a cup of specialty coffees with our Nespresso coffee machine.

Our apartment sleeps 6:

Open plan living/kitchen/dining room:
• Fitted with a comfy sofa bed that can sleep 2 guests.
• Has a Smart TV to stream your favourite online shows
• Equipped with a fully kitted kitchen with a microwave, kettle, oven/hob, toaster, Nespress coffee machine, fridge/freezer, and more - comes complete with all crockery, pots, and pans for cooking at home.
• A washing machine is also provided!

Bedroom 1:
• Fitted with a double-size bed sleeping up to 2 guests.
• Decorated with a desk which can be utilised for work, studies or as a dressing table

Ensuite Bathroom:
• Fitted with a toilet, basin, and shower.

Bedroom 2:
• Fitted with a double-size bed sleeping up to 2 guests.

Main Bathroom:
• Fitted with a toilet, basin, and a shower over bath.

Host & Stay are committed to our owners that their homes are protected during guest bookings. For this reason, we require all our guests to transfer a Damage Deposit (refundable, subject to an administration charge) or, to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver which will cover you for up to £500.00 of accidental damage during your stay.

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the apartment, yours to call home!

The Neighborhood:
The apartment is located in central Liverpool, and close to all attractions and the best shopping centres. Pier Head is within 10 minutes walk away.

You can stroll along the dock road and stop by 'OH ME OH MY', a beautiful rooftop terrace overlooking the waterfront.

You can also make your way more central and just a 2 minute walk away from the apartment you can find the Everyman cinema, a luxurious hub for a great movie experience! For all your shopping needs, Liverpool One is a 5-minute drive or 15-minute walk away.

If you are in pursuit of some delicious restaurants close to the apt. check out the following:

The neighbours are quiet and respectful, so we would appreciate if guests are the same in return.

Getting Around:
With the apartment being central all attractions in the city centre are in walking distance, if you wish to venture further afield then there is a variety of bus stops and 'Moorfields' train station close by.

Taxis are also a comfortable choice on rainy days or if guests prefer a speedy trip to and from town.

If you're feeling a little adventurous you can also take one of the city's Electric Scooters to get you around town!

Other Things to Note:
The keys will be available to collect from a local Keynest Shop - Liverpool - Muskers Newsagents that is about 15 minute walk. This is located at 48 Dale Street, Liverpool, L2 5ST. Use this time to familiarise yourself with the area and take in the vibrant City atmosphere Liverpool has to offer!

The store is open from 06:00 - 02:00 on Mondays - Thursdays, 6:00-00:00 on Fridays, and is open 24 hours every Saturday and Sunday. If you are planning to arrive past the closing time, please let us know and we can arrange an alternative key collection method.

We are available from 9am-9pm each day to help with any queries via phone call or message. We do have an emergency out of hours team that helps out during later hours though they are limited in what assistance they can provide. Hence, any issues communicated outside of these hours will need to be dealt with the next day unless it is an emergency situation.

The apartment is located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise.

We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.

The apartment is located on the 6th floor.

The check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - Please adhere to these times unless otherwise agreed. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.

We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with X1 hand towel and X1 bath mat.

Luggage storage is available in the city centre at our main office, this is priced at £5 per bag for the whole day (up until 5 pm) & is located at:
8 Gradwell Street, Liverpool L15AQ.

Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.

**Please be aware that whilst the building does have a lift we cannot be held responsible if this does not work during your stay - this has not happened yet, but we do need to make guests aware.**

Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.

Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.
