Inside a historic palace with access from a private bridge over the canal by elevator, a few steps from Campo San Giovanni e Paolo, this fascinating apartment will enchant you with its atmosphere. Just open the windows to admire the canals, a splendid view of Venice's rooftops and the Lagoon.
Recently restored, with exposed wooden beams and valuable furniture, the accommodation features a comfortable living room, guest bathroom, fully equipped eat-in kitchen with all appliances, a spacious master bedroom with bathroom, and a bedroom with two single beds with bathroom.
To provide you with all the comfort you need during a vacation, the apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi access, air conditioning, Smart TV, iron, and hairdryer.
The apartment is located 6 minutes walking from the San Zaccaria vaporetto stop, from which Piazzale Roma and the Railway can be reached, and 7 minutes from the vaporetto stops of Ospedale and Fondamente Nove, from which the islands of Murano, Burano, the Lido and Marco Polo Airport can be reached. St. Mark's Square can be reached in 12 minutes on foot and the Rialto Bridge in 9 minutes.
Check-in is possible from 3 PM to 7 PM. Later check-ins are possible by prior agreement and with a small extra payment. At check-in, the tourist tax will be requested, which amounts to 5€ per person per night, and a rental contract will be filled out and signed where the credit card details of the guests will also be included as a guarantee for damages. Pets are not allowed.
The published price includes the fees that are charged to the guest.

Beautiful Property for most part but inscurate

I want to preface this review saying that the rental was very beautiful, spacious and clean. However, our group did not have a good experience with the assistant who set us up. Before arriving to the rental he was very eager and persistent on finding out when we would arrive which was frustrating as we were trying to coordinate our travel from the train station to the stay. On arrival he informed us the elevator was broken, leading us to go up many flights of stairs with heavy luggage. I made sure to reach out to the owner in advance to ensure it is in working order since my parents are elderly and have issues going up many flights of stairs, especially over a long stay. I mentioned this to the assistant that I had reached out prior regarding a working elevator and expressed my frustration as I’d now have to book another hotel for my parents. Once I expressed my frustration he said he’d have to check with the owner and stepped away for a few minutes. When he returned miraculously the elevator had no issues. Also, when we checked in we realized all of the windows were swung wide open. We eventually closed them, however, it was too late as we got bit by mosquitos throughout our whole stay. We did our best to kill all the mosquitos but since the stay is large it was nearly impossible. This was a very uncomfortable situation for us all. The amenities were misleading as there is no microwave, no working Wi-Fi and the AC wasn’t working well. We reached out but never heard back

Nice location, bad service and misleading posting.
