Helt renoverad och har 3 dubbelrum, alla med eget badrum. Det har ett mycket stort och modernt kök perfekt för matlagning! Den har också en takterrass för utomhusmiddagar.

We had a great stay in Venice. This apartment was perfect and had amazing views of the Grand Canal and a ton of space for our family of five, could have slept more! The location is excellent and you are able to walk anywhere in a few minutes. Close to a water taxi pick up and small quiet piazza with good restaurants. The owner gave us great recommendations for places to eat and met us at check in to walk us through the apartment and surroundings. We will stay here again when in Venice.

Amazing stay in Venice

We loved our stay at Hugues’ apartment. He met us for the check in process and was a truly welcoming host. The views of the Grand Canal are amazing and the apartment is clean and well stocked. We would absolutely stay here again.

Beautiful stay in Venice

We were a group of 6 friends and this place was so amazing with lots of room for all of us. Beautiful view of the canal. Hughes was very helpful with all our requests from a great restaurant to eat at to booking us a water taxi to the airport. We all totally enjoyed our stay in Venice

Lovely Stay

This property was clean, well appointed, and much larger than expected. It was more than enough space for our multigenerational family of 5. The views were spectacular. It was conveniently located for all our activities and meeting points. Be aware, because it's Venice, all the floors are slanted a bit, just a reality of the region. Both Hugo and his son were beyond helpful and made us feel at home. My only difficulty was the mattresses. They were too hard for me and I had to sleep on the couch cushions. Other than that we had such a fantastic stay. Thank you!!

Emplacement privilégié surplombant le grand canal.

Mercato du Rialto en vaporetto pour de bons produits frais cuisinés dans le Grande cuisine bien équipée .Nous avons contemplé la vue panoramique sur le grand canal , tout en profitant de l’exposition au soleil.Une belle bibliothèque . Hugues Le Gallais nous a réservé un excellent accueil dans ce palais chargé d’histoire.

Amazing views and close to everything!

We loved this place. You could wake up every morning and watch the boats on the Grand Canal. It was close enough to walk anywhere you needed.

Simply stunning in amazing location

We stayed in Hugue’s wonderful apartment as our Venice base. The apartment is spacious and stunning - with comfortable furnishings and beautiful artworks. A lovely little roof top terrace was a wonderful place to enjoy an afternoon wine. Situated so conveniently close to cafes and restaurants and a short walk to key attractions. Highly recommend this wonderful accomodation.

Oh the views!!!

This apartment had the most ultimate views. We were right on the water and in the mix of everything. The apartment itself was truly amazing. The host who lived right next door was so helpful. He even helped us call a water taxi to meet our train. This is a must stay if you are visiting Venice.

Bel appt très bien agencé avec une parfaite localisation.. Perfect Venice experience

The apartment has an amazing location overlooking the canal high up on the top floor where you can see the sun set and the evening lights on the palazzos across the way. The set-up was perfect for our group with more than enough space for everyone and a convenient elevator for the ones that needed it. And the hosts were very friendly and helpful !
