Welcome travellers ! Welcome to our beautiful studio penthouse located in the centre of Paceville.

Our studio penthouse, is fully equipped, designed at maximum comfort and with a strong and stable WIFI, this is perfect for both short and long term rentals.

A private comfy bed gives you a good night rest, the strong AC can give cool or heat at your command and if you are more than 2, no worries a lovely double sofa bed can be opened.

Also included is a private terrace with outdoor furniture.

All the apartment has air-conditioning and wifi!

Living Spaces| A sunny front terrace with distant sea views equipped with tables and chairs where our guests can enjoy and relax their mornings with coffee and tea! Also, the apartment is equipped with a dining part, a sofa looking at the TV (Connected to the internet), and also a very comfy bed.

Kitchen| Fully equipped kitchen with all utensils and necessary things to fix a good meal! The kitchen also boasts an oven and an electric hub.

Bedrooms| 1 Bedroom, 2 with a double bed, for extra guests we will open the sofa bed in the room, prepared with linens and towels just like a normal comfortable bed.

Linens| At 360 Estates, we love a good night's sleep, all linens provided are of the highest quality and all beds are made! We also provide 2 towels per person on each bed. If the sofa bed is used, we would also provide and prepare the bed accordingly.

Bathrooms| 1 bathroom, with a very strong pressured shower!

Laundry| Apartments have access to the washing machine, dryers, cleaning equipment, iron, iron board, toiletries, and anything our guests would require to make their stay that much more special.

24/7 Access to all the amenities of the penthouse.

NOTE:

- This apartment is in the central part of St Julians, PACEVILLE guests, especially in weekend, will be susceptible to noises due to the area, although this being the penthouse will not high.

- The apartment is not served with a lift.

1. For over and above 3 week bookings, an additional 50 Euro per person per month is to be paid, which will be sent via AIRBNB as an extra cost after booking which will cover the extra water and electricity consumed. (Max to be paid is 150 Euro)

2. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours especially in respect to extra noises. Not abiding to these rule can come to unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such.

3. During lovely and summer season, although he do sanitise, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common)

4. An early checkin, can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.

5. Checkins are done or by one of our team or by self checkin where we will send you all the details beforehand.

6. Waste schedule are given at the checkin and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.

7. What is included in the apartment ? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights)

- Shower gels
- Liquid Soap
- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
- Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage
- Garbage bags
- Linens for the bed
- 2 Towels per person

8. Once the booking is confirmed we will also create a WHATSUP group with all the persons involved there, so that if you need anything during your stay you will find the person who will help you with any issue. The group can be used by all the people within the booking.

9. No additional guests which is not part of the booking is allowed to sleep at any time in the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.
