Vårt fast bostadsområde vid Pelican's Landing har havsutsikt som alla vill ha när man besöker stranden. SHORE DRIVE Condo ligger på en strandsträcka som är en "FAMILY-TYPE AREA" och ligger på första våningen med utsikt över stranden och bara några steg från stranden och havet. Promenera till stranden och veta att du kan koppla av medan du slappar på strandstolarna och njut av paraplyet vi ger vår gäst under "strandsäsongen".
Den professionellt inredda lägenheten uppdaterades med nya golv och möbler under våren 2018. Öppet kök, matsal och vardagsrum tillåter optimal gästinteraktion och fantastisk utsikt över havet. Familjerummet har en soffa i full storlek och extra sittplatser med en 43-tums plattskärms-TV med skärm i verandan på havet, bra ställe att äta frukost och titta på soluppgången. Köket har alla nya STAINLESS STÅLTJÄNSTER, GRANITE COUNTERTOPS och borstad nickel fixtures. Befälhavaren svit har en bekväm, KING-SIZE BED, nya FLAT SCREEN TV och eget badrum med GRANITE COUNTERTOP och borstad nickel fixtures. Två av sovrummen har enkelsängar, en med en halv bad.
I lägenheten finns också en frukost bar, full storlek tvättmaskin / torktumlare, våt bar, kabel-TV och DVD-spelare i vardagsrummet, kabel-TV i alla tre sovrum, skärmad veranda av familjerum och balkong utanför master svit. Den skärmade verandan vid ingången är bekväm för förvaring av strandstolar, leksaker och kylare när du återvänder från en hektisk dag på stranden. Vi är glada att förse vår gäst med FREE Beach Service-paraply och två stolar under "strandsäsong", säker tillgång till WiFi, sängkläder och ingen avgift för avgift för avresa.
Pelican's Landing erbjuder två pooler, solterrasser med stolar, hissar, täckt asfalterad parkering, grillplats, barnlekplats och direkt tillgång till stranden från pooldäcket.
Rökning eller husdjur är tillåtna i bostadsrätten.
Shore Drive är i slutet av Lake Arrowhead Drive, strax utanför motorväg 17 ("Restaurant Row" område), med bekväm tillgång till Conway Bypass. Great Vacation Spot!

This condo is beautiful & exactly as it is described. It is on the 1st floor overlooking the pool & is ocean front. Our family absolutely loved it & cannot wait to book again. Best place to stay in North Myrtle

Our stay was perfect! Clean, close to everything, steps to the beach and pool. The owner was probably the best you’ll ever have with VRBO. He was very accommodating and communicated from beginning to end. There was a bad storm coming in and he advised us what to do via a phone call. He was probably the best host we have ever encountered. We will rent from here every single time!

True description

I have to admit I was nervous as this was my very first VRBO rental. The description was true to what it said. The price was great! We have a family of 6....4 of which are teenage boys! There was plenty of room for us all! We had a couple of minor issues, lights that didn't work and a dishwasher element that was broken....with a quick call to the owners the issues were resolved quickly and with no hassel or interruption to our stay! I would highly recommend staying here. The ease of getting to and from the beach and the location to everything we wanted to do was fabulous! Thanks for a great place so that we could just relax and enjoy our vacation!

Great place, great location

The unit was nicely renovated. It had everything we needed while we were there. The dish washer is SUPER quiet, disappointing thing is now I want to replace my own. Access to a pool when the beach seemed too much was great. There was routine pest control happening while we were there which did not interfere with our stay, just added the opportunity for a stranger to enter while we were out (or in). We were made aware of this prior so it was not a surprise. We did have an electrical breaker trip that controlled the bathrooms. The property manager did respond immediately and we were able to resolve the issue with little effort. It was noisy for those sleeping in front bedroom of the unit due to other vacationers in the building, no fault to the unit really. The location is maybe 10 minutes from the Tanger Outlets and 20 minutes from Broadway at the Beach. There’s also a small convenience store, ice-cream shop, and coffee shop within a 2 minute walk from the unit. Overall a great place to stay and we would likely book here again!

Wonderful condo

This condo was exceptional. The kitchen was beautiful with all appliances, dishes, cookware. It was spacious and very clean. The location is near all shopping and grocery stores. I will definitely rent this property in the future.

Beautiful Seaside Condo

First time to Myrtle Beach qnd we made the right choice Booking this place. Woke up to beautiful sunrises over the Atlantic every morning. Walked about 70 miles on the beach over the week. Water clean and warm and beach was pristine. We will be back.
