Pelicans Landing ligger på Shore Drive, ett populärt område på Myrtle Beach. Komplexet har två pooler, barnpool och lekplats med rena toaletter för män och kvinnor vid poolerna och lekområdet. Byggnaden har hiss och flera stora bagagevagnar för enkel inflyttning. 3-sovrum, 2. 5-badrum lägenhet tvärs över gatan från havet med havsutsikt! Endehus på andra våningen med massor av fönster och naturligt ljus. Andelslägenhet sover 8 personer (dubbelsäng, full säng, 2 enkelsängar och bäddsoffa). Enheten inkluderar även tvättmaskin och torktumlare i full storlek, våt bar, kabel-TV med TV i vardagsrummet och varje sovrum, DVD-spelare, snabb WiFi och balkonger utanför vardagsrummet och sovrummet. Det viktigaste vardagsrummet och matsalen samt två sovrum har nyligen uppdaterats. Kamin, tvättmaskin och torktumlare har också bytts ut under de senaste två åren.

Great Condo

The condo was very clean. The furnishings are nice. This is an end unit with extra windows. We could see the ocean from the living room deck.

Beach getaway

We stayed a week in this condo. It was a perfect location to walk to the beach. Pool is very close. Nice that it’s on a corner!

Great place, right off the beach

Week visit for high school baseball. Great location, quite, easy 20 minute drive to Cal Ripken with out all the craziness of Myrtle Beach hotels.

Comfortable and convenient

Although it can use some updating (flooring and front screen door handle) it was comfortable for 6 adults. Very close to the beach. Amenities were great such as full kitchen with so many dishes and pots and pans etc. and the washer and dryer and dishwasher were awesome to have. I thought it was wonderful for the price. The hosts were friendly and responded to all emails quickly. We were very satisfied.

Great location

Really enjoyed staying at this condo, it was only a short walk to the beach, the pool was kept clean along with the picnic area, and we loved ha ING a screened in porch. Condo was exactly as described and very clean when we arrived.

We had plenty of room for our six adults and twelve year old. Close enough to beach without the cost of ocean front and such a nice location. Carly answered every question very quickly!

Friends vacation

Elevator was out of order due to being hit by lighting. This was not owners fault but we made due and had a great time. Relatively close to the beach. Carly quick to answer emails.

Overall a pleasant stay

I bounced between a four and a five star rating. Communication was great, the location was great and the community was good as well. Price was on par with past stays in the area. Here is what kept this a four star - very small tube TV in one of the bedrooms. - Master bed was quite uncomfortable almost to the point that it could not be used - Lack of better light blocking curtains in the master bedroom Overall it was a good experience with no major gripes.

Clean, cute, comfy!

We were so lucky to find and be able to book this condo just 6 weeks before our vacation. We knew that we wanted to stay in Pelican's Landing, since I had stayed in these years ago, and loved the area. Carly, the owner is so sweet and makes the whole process of renting extremely easy. We were pleasantly surprised at the cute decor, the fully stocked kitchen, and all of the linens that were provided. Even the towels, which we weren't expecting, and so we had brought our own. It was a quick walk (just across a non busy street) to the beach, and our kids also loved the pool. The beds were comfy, which is so nice for when you're on vacation and want a good nights sleep!

Comfy Condo close to Beach

Carly is an exceptional host. The condo is a comfortable getaway. The building has an elevator enabling accessibilty for everyone. The condo is quaint and if you have children, it has a room for every age. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, utensils, cups, toaster, and as mentioned everything you will need to fix a complete meal. We stayed during the off season and the environment was quiet and peaceful. The condo is a short drive to Kroger and restaurants. There is a small package and liquor store within walking distance. As well as a bar and restaurant. This location is less than a 5 minute walk to the beach.

We are Robert & Carly Johnson and currently live in Saint Augustine, FL. Robert is originally from Philadelphia and Carly is from Buffalo. We were married in September of 2012. We welcomed our first child, a boy, in March 2017 and our second, a girl in June 2019.

Varför värden valde detta boende

Robert has been traveling to Myrtle Beach with his family since he was young. The entire family still takes a vacation to Myrtle Beach every other year so everyone can spend a week together. Choosing Myrtle Beach as the location for our vacation home was an easy decision.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

We chose this property because it's in our favorite Myrtle Beach location. It's the perfect family area and centrally located minutes from all the great entertainment/shopping/dining hot spots. The complex has a great pool and offers a relaxed setting but is just steps from the beach and a beach bar/live band should you choose. We've put a lot of work into the place and look forward to updating the condo over the years for an even more enjoyable experience for all.
