Denna villa ligger i Pelican's Landing på stranden med havsutsikt på första våningen. Byggnaden är utrustad med hiss, eftersom det finns ett parkeringshus under enheterna. Stranden ligger bara några steg från din dörr. Pelican's Landing ligger på Shore Drive, som är en isolerad sträcka av stranden, en kilometer lång, som ligger vid slutet av Lake Arrowhead Road, precis utanför Highway 17. Bäst plats i Myrtle Beach.

Det stora sovrummet har en queen size-säng och fullt badrum bifogas. Det andra sovrummet har två enkelsängar och det tredje sovrummet har en full size säng och ett halvt bad bifogas. Denna rymliga tre sovrum, två och en halv bad villa ligger komplett med central luft, en skärmad veranda, havsutsikt balkong utanför sovrummet och separat tvättstuga. Denna enhet har ett fullt utrustat kök, som inkluderar mikrovågsugn, mixer, kaffebryggare, tallrikar och köksredskap.
Den alltid populära Ocean Annies Beach Bar ligger två dörrar och har live-underhållning varje dag, vilket tillåter vädret. Om golf är i dina planer, har Myrtle Beach över ett hundra golfbanor, med många favoriter som Barefoot (Love, Dye, Norman) och Tidewater inom en tjugo minuters bilresa. Arcadian Shores Golf Course med klubbhus, och driving range ligger en mil från Pelican's Landing.

Pelican's Landing ligger 1,5 km från köpcentret Tanger och en Super Wal-Mart, 3 miles söder om Barefoot Landing, 7 miles norr om Broadway at the Beach (Ripleys Aquarium) och cirka 10 miles från Myrtle Beach Pavilion. Detta är verkligen en utmärkt plats utan trafik av Ocean Drive.

Pelican's Landing har två pooler (en oceanfront), två solterrasser, ett lusthus, grillgrillområden för kol, picknickområden, lekplats och tillgång till stranden. Denna plats är bekvämt beläget mellan Myrtle Beach och North Myrtle Beach, cirka tjugo minuter från Myrtle Beach Airport.

family vacation

it was our third time staying here. everything was very nice. Close walk to the beach elevators worked lots of buggies and luggage racks to get your luggage to the room and one trip.

Great Place

What a great place to stay. We have been staying in the shore drive area for years & love it. The unit was clean & had everything we needed during our stay. Not having to pack sheets & towels is always a bonus & makes leaving in the morning much easier.

Such a great location and close to the beach. With a 2 month old and a 3 and 6 year old it was really nice to be on the first floor with great access to the beach.

Family Vacation

This was a great place on the beach to stay. It was also great for my mom who is disabled and can not walk far. Had beach chairs boogey boards umbrella’s for us to use. Nice clean and great location, hope to go back next year.

Exceeded our expectations!

Wonderful condo that had everything we needed. Updated kitchen and appliances, everything worked. The keyless entry worked great having 6 of us. The beds were super comfy, no sore back! 1 minute walk to the beach! The owners were very responsive and accommodating. We will be staying again!

Outstanding Condo and Host

We’ve stayed in several different condos through the years and this was the best one yet! Great location, easy access to the beach and there is a wagon full of beach toys and chairs for your use. Plenty of room to spread out, updated throughout and clean! Walking distance to the Pier, Straw Market and Ocean Annie’s. Also, we came home one evening to find the A/C wasn’t working, much to our surprise someone was there to service it within hours and it was working before we went to bed! We will definitely be back!

Chillax in a great location.

Very nice condo in a prime location. The condo is spacious and well furnished. No problems at all for our group of 5. I was very appreciative to have a clean vacation spot - linens included! Owner was super nice to deal with. Would return in a heartbeat.

Excellent location

We had a great experience renting this property. The owners are easy to contact and quick to respond. Any issues we did have they corrected as soon as possible. The condo is fairly well stocked, close to a few stores to pick up anything you need, and just a few steps from the beach. We appreciated that it was away from all the large commercial aspects of Myrtle Beach, while still offering proximity to anything we might have needed. It was a great place to relax and enjoy the beauty of the beach and ocean.

We have been coming down to Myrtle with our family and friends for almost 30 years and just love the area. Decided after all this time we might as well get something of our own.

Varför värden valde detta boende

Shore Drive is the best location and the only place we stay. It is situated on a dead end road off the main road but yet so close to major attractions, restaurants, shopping and golf. It is like its own little community with all the opportunities that are available for you to do in the area.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Our building is on the beach side but our condo faces oceanside. From either balcony you have a view of both the ocean and beach. We are on the first floor with a short walk to the pool and beach. The street has just about everything you need - Straw Market where you can find bikes, golf carts and skooters for rent. In that area there is also a convenience store, shops and bar/grill. There is other entertainment located all within a few buildings away like Ocean Annie's which has live music and bar on the beach. You are in the heart of a great location.
