Villa Botanica is a beautiful spacious villa nestled on the scenic Cumeada ridge, offering stunning countryside views and absolute tranquillity. A portable gas barbecue is available for use on this terrace or the spacious pool terrace, which also features al-fresco dining facilities.



The pool area is accessible via the barbecue terrace or the front door and is the ideal spot to relax from dawn to dusk. It’s furnished with a luxury 2 person day bed comfortable seating, sun loungers, parasols, and a canopy to enjoy the stunning views and pool in comfort and privacy.



Strategically located between Silves and Messines, the villa is a 12-minute drive from both towns. A handful of cafés and restaurants are a mere 5-minute drive away, while a wider selection of eateries and supermarkets can be found in Silves and Messines. It offers a perfect base to explore both the East and West Algarvian coasts, the Monchique mountains and beyond.



The villa features a double bedroom with a balcony, a bathroom with a large walk in shower, and a study on the ground floor. The kitchen is fully equipped with a 4-ring gas hob, an extra-large electric oven, a dishwasher, 2 large fridge freezers and more. The outdoor dining terrace offers a large stone table, stone benches, and two comfortable reclining chairs. The lower level houses a spacious pool area.
