Recently built, the villa features bright, San Lorenzo Fico dâIndia offers 4 comfortable rooms up to 8 guests , all furnished with taste and functionality in mind.
Surrounded by a well-kept garden and large, panoramic terraces with sea views, this beautiful, cosy house has a small private swimming pool.
The property, which is really close to the charming, lively fishing village of Marzamemi, is only a short drive away from the most beautiful towns of south-eastern Sicily, such as Noto, Syracuse and the baroque towns of the Val di Noto, the close Vendicari nature reserve, but also from Taormina and Mount Etnaâs Park.
At guests' disposal 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, air conditioning, internet Wi-Fi, TV sat, private swimming pool with hydromassage corner (dimensions 3,00 x 5,00 meters- Depthm. min 1,30 - max 1,30), parking, veranda equipped for al fresco dinners
