Centralt beläget är detta en härlig villa med 4 sovrum, 4 badrum med privat pool och spelrum och luftkonditionering i vardagsrummet. Den har 3 våningar och ligger i ett lugnt område på en genomgående väg, men ändå min promenad från allt du behöver. Stormarknad, 250 meter från villan. Färsk frukt och fiskmarknader där du också har kaféer och ett bageri för dagligen nybakat bröd och kakor - bara cirka 150 meter bort. Centralstationen som tar dig till alla delar av Portugal och Spanien ligger bara 50 meter från villan. Ner staden Albufeira är cirka 500 meter, bara 10 minuters promenad. Du kommer att gå bort från Albufeiras livliga action och banker, affärer, restauranger etc., men ändå i ett lugnt område. Du behöver inte spendera extra på biluthyrning. Du har allt du behöver inom gångavstånd.

A perfect holiday

Me and my family spent a week at Villa Eureka and it had everthing we dreamt of. The location is perfect, everthing is from a walking distance - Albufeira Old Town, Praia dos Alemaes, Albufeira Marina and the Strip. We were thinking of hiering a car, but didn't need to- the location is perfect! The Villa has everthing you need for a family vacation - a nice private pool, an outdoor kitchen, lots of beds and bedrooms. The host is the sweetest and very helpful. I can highly recommend Villa Eureka!

Lovely poolarea

Everything went very smooth to check in. The villa is very clean and we had à really nice time. The poolarea is very enjoyable and love the tabletennis that is in the same area as the pool. The neighberhood is Calm. It was about 10 minutes walk to Lidl or aldi. We did not have a car so we carried à lot of grocerys. Taxi is cheap and we used that to go shopping once. I really recommend this place!

Vi hade en jättefin vecka

Vi var 8 personer som hade en fantastisk vecka i huset i Albufeira. Fint hus, med många sovplatser och flera badrum. Eftersom vi hade bra väder kunde vi utnyttja den mysiga uteplatsen och poolen väldigt mycket. Gångavstånd till centrum och strand, med lite uppförsbacke på hemvägen. Närhet till affär.

Really enjoyed our stay at the villa. Everything you need to have a great and relaxing time. We did just end up using Ubers to get to the villa but the bus station is just across the road from where the villa is. The area is nice and quiet but only a 20 minute walk from Old Town. There is also a Lidl and Aldi a few minutes walk away to pick up anything you need for your stay. We really appreciated the few groceries that were already provided to us when we arrived as well. We spent most of our time sitting out back as you have easy access to the kitchen and there is also a toilet that can be accessed from the pool area. You also have the option to cook outside of course with the BBQ.Previous reviews have mentioned the following nitpicks that are true, air conditioning in only two of the bedrooms and the pool can feel cold at first. Really we didn't have any problems with this though, there are fans for the other bedrooms and the pool was refreshing when it was hot, it just took a minute or two for your body to adjust. Overall we all loved our stay here and would all have stayed longer. Hope to be back in the future.

Annonce conforme à la description, petit soucis avec le prix ce qui m'a vraiment étonnée. Ma réservation à été annulée en me précisant que le logement était insalubre, mais en réalité au lieu de 2800 comme indiqué sur l annonce le propriétaire m'a demandé 3200 n'ayant plus le choix d une autre villa car toutes deja loués j ai payé 3200 au lieu de 2800 .Le propriétaire m'a dit que c est abritel qui c'était trompé mais j ai trouvé cela un peu limite.

We loved our stay at the villa, it was perfect for our family with ages 5 to 65. The pool was perfect, The outdoor BBQ and dining area was fab and well used both day and night. The downstairs family room/kitchen had everything you needed and we found we wanted to stay in and cook rather than go into town!It is over 3 floors so you need to be aware if you have mobility issues it may not be suitable.The two main double bedrooms have air con but the other two do not and can be very hot in the summer. We were in the black double and the mattress wasn’t bad but the rest of the family said the other beds were quite hard!! Plenty of bathrooms and showers too. I don’t know why they advertise the second kitchen because it has a sign saying not to use it!!!! Although there is a fridge freezer that you can.When you walk in from the street you are greeted by a lounge (air con) and unusable kitchen, a shower room and black double bedroom(air con) with huge en-suite, this is classed as the top floor!You go down a flight of stairs and you have the second double(air con) with en suite and a twin bed and triple bed and a bathroom!Down another set of stairs and you come to the family room with lounge area, kitchen and play area( this was once a garage, it still has the garage door, outside is the gorgeous BBQ and dining area pool and outside toilet. It is a good 20 minutes walk to the old town( we couldn’t manage it) and 10 min walk to Lidl. We used the Bolt app to get to old town.

Just returned home after a wonderful family holiday. The villa was amazing, probably better than we were expecting. So clean and as a family of 8, it was so spacious, we never felt in each others way. So many little extras too like the little welcome food hamper, the pool inflatables and the box of kids toys came in so handy for my 1yr old granddaughter. We all enjoyed every bit of the villa

Annabel was amazing for communication and was great with giving us information about everything We arrived around 10.30 in the evening to a really helpful strter pack. We had a taxi to aldis next morning less than 5We had a couple of trips in to the old town it just has to be done.The villa was lovely and clean spacious well equipped and very comfortable. The kids loved the soccer table and table tennis. The pool was beautiful and as it was so hot it was well needed.We would all reccomend this property for a wonderful care free holiday🥰

Just returned from our second stay at at this fabulous villa in Albufeira! The villa was spotless, well kitted out, and had everything we needed for a relaxing break. The private pool was a real highlight – perfect for cooling off during thesunny day. Best of all, it’s just a short walk to shops, restaurants, and the beach, so everything is right on your doorstep. Couldn’t have asked for a better location. Highly recommend and can’t wait to come back!

Very good place

We had a very good stay in this spacious villa. What struck us most upon arrival was how clean the villa is. Within walking distance of the supermarket and with a car in the old center and near the beach. Thanks to our stay in this villa we had a great holiday!

Beautiful villa

First time on a villa holiday and it did not disappoint! Spacious, clean , has everything you need! Best points- pool area, games area (everyone loved the table tennis)Outside eating and BBQ area, let’s keep it simple it was all great!!Bad points - none at allLoved the little touch of a welcome pack, we arrived at 9pm so to have milk, bread, ham etc was very welcome Also there was great communication with the agent, always quick reply’s and very helpfulWe would 100% recommend this villa,, location was good, Aldi and Lidl just down the road! A short walk to the old town.We were a party of 7 from 4 years old to 50 and even the teenagers liked it here! No complaints and every one said they would stay here again! So to me that says it all!!! Perfect holiday, perfect villa I’m sure we’ll be back!

Family holiday

Fabulous accommodation everything you could want in the villa.Our host Anabela was lovely nothing too much trouble. Well situated near the bus station, and about 10 to 15 minute walk into Albufeira.Would definitely go back.

Villa is absolutely beautiful. Very clean, has enough kitchen equipment and enjoyed the table tennis. Was not aware that only 2 of the rooms had air conditioning, so 2 rooms were very hot even with a fan. Was further than we expected to Albufeira Old Town but ubers were cheap enough. Lidl not far. Pool was cold, put it down to not being in the sun until 10am and out of the sun by 5pm. Definitely the coldest pool we have been in. Gas had run out so no hot water which was sorted after a few visits and only when they came to clean was it completely sorted. Not as quiet as people have said in reviews. Only 100 meters from the bus station so tanoid can be heard. Road is fairly busy and a fair amount of motor bikes. We live in a quiet area so for someone living in a city it is probably quiet. Joining villa likes to play the drums and that was loud. Overall a beautiful place and location great if you like a walk.

Geweldig Genieten!

Heerlijk huis met de Lidl dichtbij zodat we lopend boodschappen konden doen. Bbqen, voetbal kijken, ontbijten onder de veranda en het fijne zwembad Enig minpuntje van het huis was het warme water. Douchekraan/ keuken kraan zeker 5 minuten laten lopen voordat we warm water hadden. Maar dat mocht de pret niet drukken. Het was Fantastisch!
